yes! amazing. a really controlled tone which works so well with his music, but you have the added hint of glamour in your voice which is a delightful addition to this song. really cool. the contrast between the softness of the nylon strings and the harsh tone in your voice is so fresh. phrasing= awesome too. haha sorry about the over-analytical comment, that's what happens when you're a design student!

I absolutely love your version, you have a wonderful voice. A little trivia about this song: according to Jack, the original line was "slow down, Bruce," as in Bruce Lee. On a live acoustic set I have, Jack talks about being in film school and learning that during the filming of Lee's first movie, he was so fast that the 24fps film couldn't capture his moves. So he had to slow down the fight sequences. I'm glad Jack changed the song, though. "Slow down, Bruce" sounds a little goofy.

u know, scribbie...i sang this song to my philosophy class once :] i love it!

and why did i do it? well..coz it symbolizes the change ive gone thru while studying. before i started out-i didnt pay attention to the lyrics..but then-i noticed this song talks bout stuff i studied! Plato's Cave=Go wiki that! its a philosophical tale bout how we live. Very interesting. sergei eisenstein was a film editor-known for "chopping his frames like an axe". this song is full of great meanings :]
