@74Gikkio Yes, it is rendered internally. Lights: 1. a white RayShadow spot for the main light. 2. a pair of 3/4 power fill spots, NoShadow, one tinted blue and the other orange. 3. negative point lamp in lower corner. 4. 1 3/4 power hemi lamp pointing up from behind and below, for rim lighting. It uses approximate AO, multiply, at 100% power, and 35% power white environment lighting.
next year ill be a freshman and im taking a computer designing class which uses the blender so im getting in to video games and all of that amybe even start a company when i grow up im not sure im hoping to produce my first game in college
@guidingdark Sounds like a good plan to me! Download Blender now and try to practice as much as possible, that's the key to getting good. Start by following tutorials on BlenderCookie and BlenderGuru.
@Maxxoe Thanks, I've been using Blender for a little over a year now. It was the first full 3D suite that I used, but before that I used SketchUp a little for various highschool classes. I also had experience in animation because I used to make stopmotion Lego animations.
that was good, very nice man

how to make perfect armature like this one? i juts can't get it right.
EpicCookie7 1 year ago
@EpicCookie7 To make this armature I used lots of constraints and IK-switches. I recommend watching the rigging tutorials on Blender Cookie.

Very nice! I really like the clean look. The robots movements could have been abit more fluid but other then that, awesome!
