  • Level 'A' is the floor with the telefund and the Fraternity tunnels.

  • Thoes are Otis buttons. The braille/number plate is Otis. Otis makes these buttons as well.

  • I would think this elevator would be locked.

  • I have been on this very elevator.

  • Cool, could you get some elevators from around RIT? Be aware that you need a keycard to access the dorms.

  • The buttons are Epco SurvivorPlus buttons, which are standard for Dover and TK vandal-resistant applications. Since they were made by a 3rd party company, they can be found on a variety of elevators. For a long time in the 1990's, they were the standard for Schindler's MT Vandal-resistant series.

  • I remembered this one. It is just right across from ATM. I hates this elevator too XD

  • And with a low ceiling.

  • I wonder what "A" stands for, and I don't find this elevator creepy, I find it rather old time and antique.

  • I have been to this campus for camp, and have been in the residence halls and still don't know what it means.

  • Neither do I.

  • This one was not old time - I hate it for some odd reason.

  • I'm not surprised.

  • In the residence hall tunnel complex, A most likely stands for Access.

  • Possibly "Access Tunnel."

  • You could be right. Also, I used to go to RIT for college.
