I seen this when I was in 6th grade ( Im in 12th now ) That I though this concert was the shit. But now, She was lip syncing the whole time. Im pissed to the max Lol.

@DarkCookieXO she's not lip syncing. miley sings live, then when disney is creating the video to be aired on disney channel, that put the studio version song instead of the live version.
