Just finished LA Noire and I'm seriously stunned.

Not because it was good, but because it was bad. Could there be a more useless protagonist than Cole Phelps? I got more attached to Kelso in 2 missions than in 40 hours of gameplay with Phelps. Glad to see him go. The actor that played him should never work in a video game again. So boring. About as much texture as runny snot.

Hopefully they put some effort into characters and story in the next outing. Potential - wasted.

@eschelar Its not that Aron Stanton is a bad actor, R* just wanted to make cole phelps an unlikeable character to show how everyone is flawed. You see cole's skill as a detective but the fact that he cheats on his wife ruins him. Anyway I agree with you though on everything else, I didn't like cole too much but I didn't want him to die just because in the last 2 R* games the protagonist dies. I also liked kelso more than phelps!

Did I miss Bob Clendenin: voice of Irwin Bousman? And what about Eric Nenninger: voice of Matthew Ryan (not to be confused with Matt Ryan: Atlanta Falcons QB). I suspected Nenninger after seeing him as a guilty character in an N.C.I.S episode. Now that I think about it. Clendenin said, "I should have bought a falcon," in one of those insurance commercials.
