With zumba, i feel motivated to work out. I've seen such amazing results and guess what? I'm so much happier because I'm not just losing weight and toning my body, I'm having so much fun! im on my 4th session of zumba and im addicted, the buzz this has created is amazing...............people come out the classes and are so excited and full on energy...id recommend it to anybody!!

Actually I don't think this is a good workout.. It's too confusing..

Im sure its a pain in the ass to do, but it really is more like a danceroutine then a workout..

Plz don't compare this too zumba - wich is awesome and easy to follow.. :/

@RonjaZorina Just because it's confusing doesn't mean it's a bad workout. It just means it's at a higher level of difficulty than you might like. There are also different levels of zumba and this is a higher level. Just saying :)
