you do this by taking any shotgun(i prefer pump action but it doesnt really matter semi auto shotguns can just act as the easier way by continously firing) and run up behind her and as soon as you get behind her put the witch in the center of your crosshair and shoot (or if you are using a semi auomatic shotgun then keep shooting jus to ensure the instant kill)

since ive beaten the games campaigns i spend my time killing witches and tanks they are not very hard you just need the right equipment for a witch you need a molotav and a auto shotgun for a tank you need a also a molotav and either a auto shotgun or a machinegun theres this one level in dead air where you can use a gattling gun its pretty fun but for a witch you can also sneak up behind her and hit her in the head with a melee weapon or shoot her in the back.
