Why is everyone making such a big deal about the music? Yes, I hate this kind of music also, but this video is to show Shane Lacey's form which is excellent. It's cool to see him with short hair. I practice a variation of this form and it's excellent. The Laceys are the best!
How bout some real hip hop and not this gangsta-pop-ring tone-rap.the lyrics on this joint go against kung fu principles unless your the drug dealing and using type of master. Blacktoaist puts some ill tracks on his kung fu videos.

no it doesn't make you a drug dealer... my favorite music rap but on this particular song the lyrics are talking about using and selling drugs. Blactoaist has classic type hip hop whatever this is not worth my time... good video, wack song... peace

I was at Tat Wong's tournament quite a few years ago and during a breaking demonstration, a piece of wood flew at one of the elder Laceys and he chopped it in mid air; of course the crowd applauded!
Shane does have that MOVIE personality don't he? he and his father are very cool people. i paid them a visit, and after clearing up a misunderstanding....GM Lacey introduced me to his school which was a great honor. that man can play guitar!!!!! i heard him singing on the radio too...classic. the whole lacey fam is great.
