can you tell me specifically how to download the Home Plugin??? Starting at where to download it from and ending in how to put it on my phone??? Im ordering this phone on Tuesday and i want to have TouchFlo and all that but i dont know how to do it
hope ur there & can help. i was a diehard palm person, but thought their all in one pda-phones were inferior to tilt. now that i have spent extra money for software to get my info from palm to outlook i now have a new problem. hope you can help. in tasks i can filter fine (choose from to-do list or bills), but once in a chosen filter it will only sort by subject. none of the other options work (ie. by due date). i can sort pre filter tho. i can do it fine in outlook on home pc-just not in tilt
does the htc home plugin have to use data to get the weather etc. because I want the phone but I do not want to pay so much for a data plan. Also, if i connect to my wifi, does that use any data that they could charge me for?
Yes, HTC home does use a data plan to get the info (or wifi if your connected). Well, here is the catch. AT&T assumes that you are going to use the phone for email and web which takes a data plan of some sort. Since they assume that, they make you get a PDA data plan with the phone. Its stupid, but if you get it, you only need to pay for for 6 months. If you use the WIFI, then that does not count tward the data plan. Hope that helps.
Yes and no. Even with youtubes mobile site, I am still not able to. I havent found out why yet. But I use a program called vTap, which allows you to view youtube and a few others. It works well, but itsnt updated much. Get the phone, you will like it.
hey wut version of the home screen r u using. i dont remember wut its called but it has the clock and the tabs, im using the 5 tab one also but i have diff things for the tabs. how do u change the tabs or get those ones?

In the options you can add or delete tabs as you wish.

Its HTC home and I used Kaiser Tweak to change up the tabs and fonts.
