  • I know I may sound a little crazzy to some of you out there, since the first chance I will have will be in the 2036 Presidential campaign. I have more work ahead of me than I can think of, and I know if I become President that it will be a historic event in Amaerican History.

  • This song makes me want to become the 1St Wiccan President of the United States of American. I'm 21 now that means I have 24 more years to prepare my presidential campaign. I will fight for the rights of every religious solder, to have there symbol on there grave stones. And give the right to everyone to whare there reigous symbols in every school and workplace across the U. S. Every one regardless of there religion deserves all there religious freedoms jest as everyone else.

  • To all those Christian haters: why are you watching this? To post your comments so that you can judge people whose views differ from yours? Pretty stupid reason!

  • inspiring!

  • When I listen to this, I feel what that guy in the front row felt.

  • Very, very powerful! Brightest blessings upon this brave woman...and all my other sisters. Peace be unto all.

  • love it! BLESSED BE!

  • Wow, speechless! :3

  • I first heard of Paganism through a fictional story, House of Night, I felt happy reading the stories. Then I fell in love with a young friend of mine, Christina. She's Wicca. But I was not able to learn from her. I'm now with a wonderful man my age, 16, though we're so far apart I can still feel his soul. I love him with everything I am, and he's Alexandrian Wicca. I'm trying to learn from him, but I'm still so new to this. But I love your song Celia. Goddess Bless, ye all. :3

  • @DaydreamersCosplay Watch it there. Being able to be a teacher requiers years and years of experence and study, not to mention that tradition works in covens and covens won't take anyone under the age of 18.

I sugest you do the reasearch on your own for a few years and THEN go find a repitable teacher

  • @pansarblack 3 years alone is long enough for. He's been studying longer. Thank you for replying. And I am still researching, and cross referring.

  • @DaydreamersCosplay Dear 3 years alone is long enough to know that you believe in it, but thats it. And as I said Alexanders believe in coven work and degrees, and you cannot claim to be a traditional with no traditional training. i have been studying and practicing Wicca for over 5 years now but I am still a seeker, I am not an Iniciate so I am not a Preist therefor i cannot rightfully be a teacher, same rules apply to everyone (EXPESUALLY in the traditions).

  • @DaydreamersCosplay Wicca is is a lifetime of learning and studying, 3 years is nothing in that. If you want to learn about this path then learn it as it is meant to be learned, it is an mystery religion (and if you don't know what that means I sugest finding out before you say you are willing to devote your life to this religion.

  • @pansarblack One I am, devoted. And you will shake me from it. I am learning my way, and if I mess up, I'll learn from my mistakes. I am tired of feeling like you're down talking me, so good bye. I will not stop following this path, because I feel right learning and I enjoy learning it. Not everyone has to learn it the same.

  • @DaydreamersCosplay No not everyone has to learn the same way but everyone has a duty to not lie about what they are doing. I want to learn the Blue Star tradition because that is what calls to me, however I know that I cannot be Blue Star without the proper training all traditional Wicca requiers so for the time I am mearly Wiccan and studying on my own, conecting with the gods and goddesses on my own, and iin all other ways being a solitary. There is nothing wrong with being solitary, the

  • @DaydreamersCosplay problem lies when you try to pass off solitary work as traditional! I am not trying to discurage you I am mearly informing you that traditional and solitary are not one and the same. Honestly I don't care in the least what you believe in, just don't call it something that it is not.

And I am not trying to talk you done, if it seems like that I'm sorry, I am just trying to inform you

  • @pansarblack I will go with tradition when I can live my life, instead of it being directed. Right now I am trying to find information on Paganism, Wicca. So I am trying my best to learn by myself, yeah I'm asking my boyfriend to help me. If you'd like to help me, and inform me on Paganism, Wicca, then I'd appreciate it.

And I understand the difference I'm trying my hardest to learn it the best way I can right now in my life.

  • Goodness this made me cry!!

  • Goddess Bless you all.

  • ... Will all the disgusting Jesus freaks stop their HATE... and just leave us alone. It's not our fault you can't think for yourself... or that you never bothered to get an education... or that you're a guilty sinner and you're going to hell for judging others. We're just a bunch of happy witches. Leave us alone. Even Jesus won't forgive you for all your hate. And now you have a bunch or witches pissed off at you. Good Luck ; )

  • Love this songs but some of these comments are ridiculous. If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all

  • any one know how to get in touch with the lady who wrote this?

  • Quite an amazing song. I myself am a Christan Witch, but I feel very complied by this song. I have never judged anyone on their believes, or lack of. To do so is childish, or to say someone is 'evil' for having a belief.

  • forgive me for I be a poor sinner let me repent at once and give up my faith because of your ideals WRONG!!! The Lady guides me and nothing any Christan fanatic can say will change my view. and just to piss of some people off, my goddess is a thousand tailed fox, enjoy bashing that XD (freaks ^_^)

    (Again in bad mood ^_^)

  • Now I'm not a guy who likes to rant but there is just so many hateful posts on such a loving song. "ClearingStoneProphet" is the kinda people I really dislike, I mean it go look over this persons posts, a bunch of hate nothing more. Now I want to be nice but sadly not in a great mood right now so all you hateful people out there listen up, Pagans came before Christianity ^_^ sorry everyone about being rude on this loving song forgive this angry teenager, may the lady guide you, blessed be ^_^

  • Thankyou for this video, though I fell I have to say that when we say things like this we have to make sure that we place this energy properly. We have to remember that the actions we are against are of a few indaviduals not of a whole religion.

But yes this does happen and it is wrong, I am sick of misconseptions and lies and ridicule about my faith. I wear my pentacle around my neck and am proud of my conection with the gods and goddesses I believe in.

  • Thank you so much for posting this video and this song. I myself and sick and tired of religious discrimination. I am Pagan and I am very Proud of Who I Am. Why should we hide who we are? We should not have to live in fear, Not Ever! Please if you would, I would like to make more contacts that share the same Faith as I do. We deserve the Freedom to be ourselves!

  • *tears*

  • *tears*

  • Thank you for posting this great song... it will really help my kids... they are going through some crappy prejudice at school...

  • @sapphirerain79 I'm really sorry to hear that. And I am glad the song helps. Hopefully they know they are not alone.

  • I love this song. Whenever I feel ashamed of being an eclectic pagan, I listen to this song and go "hey, there's nothing wrong with it." and I feel better about myself again. :) Keeping my head up, hoping for a less discriminating world in the future. :D That's all we can do, as well as staying together.

  • I wanna put this on my ipod but I dont know how :'(

  • Comment removed

  • I <3 this song. I put it on my ipod and blast it at school, most people there dont get what symbol its talking about

  • I messed up my last comment.

I'm sad that all of us shoot hate at each other...insert this where appropriate

  • I see all these comments and it's not hate that builds up....it's sadness...the sadness that our people, those people, all of us...we are still the same....we have a heart, we feel, we hurt....to the people that say that we are satan worshipers..(we=Wiccan, pagans, etc) guess what? There are these people...CALLED SATANIST! THAT WORSHIP SATAN! so what makes you think that we worship the devil? If we did we'd call ourselves SATANIST!

Why fight? There's no point....in the end...all we have is ea

  • wish I could get an MP3 of this for my Ipod

  • what three events is she singing about?

I love this song, it makes me happy and proud to be pagan :D

  • this is going on my facebook wall as my new favorite song. I'm in the 8th grade and make it clear to everyone who makes fun of me that if I can't be what I am then its the means they can't be what they are. Freedom of Religion means all religion. I love this song and I know I will listen to it through the years to help me through tuff times

  • @GothicPrincess21212 It's a year later, how are you doing Gothic Princess? Chin up sweetie, we're all facing this battle.

  • @ClearingStoneProphet you bugger, i am very happy on my pagan path and so are my friends, we have found peace and happiness on this path and i am tired of people like you destroying it by making up nasty comments. My two best friends are gay and they were forbidden to go to there own church because people thought it was wrong to love another of your own sex. Who you love is who you love and you can't help who you fall for. To me being pagan is not only the freedom but it is accepting others.

  • @edZman34 Ya know, I actually think I might agree with you if I could read what it is you're saying.

u mk no sense 2 me whn u typ like dis.....

  • @ClearingStoneProphet

    Trolololololo-

  • @ClearingStoneProphet How many times have you died? I've died twice, I have seen the other side & boy are you going to be disappointed. Take an old Crones advice & respect others choices, maybe in your next life you will be more open to other ideas

  • Great song; thank you so much for helping that soldier [and his family]. It's people like you who make the biggest differences [for the better] in our lives. B/B)O(

p.s. Thank you to the Soldier who fought and died for us!

  • Loved it, and I don't usually comment to videos.

  • Great because it makes people aware of the prejudice that still exists, especially in the U.S.A.

  • Great song, thanks for posting... )0( Blessed Be )0(

  • user/Winnersdonthavecows#p/a/u/0/GdgAlK9UOW4

this is the kind of guy that we fight every day for our rights... and all of what he speaks is mis-imformation. stand up for our rights. flag hate!!!

  • Heart warming, heart breaking, and the expressions on the faces of those people was so damn beautiful.

  • its about time we started getting respect but i think this will still be a long way before we can tread lightly and stop living prosecuted

  • Thank you Celia. Blessed Be!

  • @badboybillyeah islam is a nice religion, but the sharia and islamists are bad like the mormon.

  • @badboybillyeah i'm guessing by islam u mean the fundamentalist islamist terrorists in the third world countries. yes, i agree, those ppl are horrifying, however, i have had friends who were muslims that weren't like that. take it from me, i live in the bible belt & speak from personal experience, religious fundamentalist extremism is horrifying in all it's forms, but it doesn't speak for everyone following that or any specific faith. hey, there are plenty of pagans out there who don't speak

  • for my pagan path. i would be offended if everyone judged me on the basis of their actions, so why would i do the same thing to anyone else? what i'm trying to say is, we pagans need to practice what we preach as far as tolerance goes & not judge the masses based on the actions of a few poorly educated, hateful extremists. because if we don't, then we're just as bad as the pagan bashers that we're speaking out against.

  • @goldilocksgirly

your right. we ask for it so we need to give it.

"do unto others as you would have others do unto you"

  • @goldilocksgirly Well have i got news for you. The fundy xians have worked they way into positions of influence . Whiel you're quite happy to accommodate these idiots and those that follow their docrine like Anti-choice and anti gay campaigners , many of us pagans especially in teh UK will fight them at every oppotunity and use whatever is avaiolable within the legal systen to send their ideas to the dustbin of history. I doubt they have the same fluffy benevolant view of us.

  • @avalonadam next time u comment, i highly reccomend reading a comment all the way through before responding. 1) i described religious extremism in all it's forms (including, but not limited to, the xtian fundies u speak of) as horrifying in my comment. it was the non fanatical religious believers of all faiths i was defending, NOT THE FUNDIES!!! 2) u don't "have news" for me about evil religious fanatics, because as i also mentioned in my original comment, i live (in fact, was raised in) the

  • midwestern bible belt, the religious fundie capital of the united states. we have more fundies per capita here than anywhere in the usa, & although we have a supposedly secular political system, the united states is still, according to polls, the most religious country in the world by far. yet even here, there are religious ppl who are not fanatics & are accepting of other faiths, who have, in fact, defended my right to follow my own PAGAN faith without ostracism or proselytizing against me. so

  • don't talk about me being "fluffy" for supporting those who support me, & cut the crap about fighting religious intolerance while simultaneously putting entire groups of ppl into ur neat little boxes because they don't follow the same faith EXACTLY as u. that is the opposite of religious tolerance. btw, i know exactly what what religious extremism looks like, because i've seen that personally, too. they are still just a very loud minority. last but not least, 3) the person i responded to in my

  • original comment wasn't even referring to xtians, but rather to islam, so although u just got me off on a freakin' speil here (lol) ur comment about xtians really had nothing to do with anything that i was originally even talking about. that having been said i'm still sticking to my guns that not all musilms are radical terrorists & no one of any faith needs to be marginalized based on the actions of a scant few really loud exremists. end of very long comment. lol.

  • I love this song

  • Wow. I adore this video. It makes me so proud of what I am. Thank you so much :)

    Blessed be )0(

  • Iam Wiccan Iam also an American Iam not a criminal. Iam free to practice my faith just like everyone else. You can't intimidate me or censor me. You can't get rid of me. If you can wear your cross or star of david then I can have my Pentacle.

  • @Thirdshiftzombie Well said and blessed be!

I'm a teenager in highschool and constantly hear the whispers of: "Look at that girl: see's a witch. She'll put a curse on you." at first it upset me, but now I just laugh at them. They are the ones who are evil and corrupt and one day I hope they learn that.

  • @Castryn Just remember that there is a power in the Universe called Karma. So, if anyone tries to cause harm to you just remind them that it will come back three fold. And just take the whispers with a grain of salt.

  • Bless this woman...i love this song.

  • thank you for this song. )0(

  • lol I cry every single time I hear this

  • wow amasing

    )O(

  • Beautiful song, definitely teared up. Sidenote: it always amazes me how fast flame wars start, especially on something as peaceful and sacred as this. And how people who know nothing about us feel they just have to tell us about ourselves. But we are winning one battle at a time. Thank Gaia for that!

  • This song made me cry. I feel bad for that dude :( I used to be wiccan but now im a Hare Krishna. Words to describe wiccans: loving, caring, wonderful, fantabulous, inspiring, kind, compassionate...the list goes on and on :D Wicca is a beautiful religion but some people just can't see how much potential this religion has to unify the world and make it more loving and peacful.

    Hare Krishna

    Blessed Be

    Hallelujah

    Shalom

    Namaste

    Etc Etc :D

  • i watch at least 1 time during the day this beautiful song/video along with the wiccan rede )0(

  • Why cant we just all get along? Im ashamed that even though its the 21st century we have people fighting over religion. Let people believe what they will, the older generation is setting a bad example to our generation. Christians, please dont think bad of us. Wiccans, dont stoop to their level.

  • @xPyscosocial Darling I'm afriad by its nature the human being is a greedy self serving animal. It will use what it can to get ahead> we are part of teh animal kingdom and we will revert to such to ensure the survival of our family/group/ tribe etc Do not for one minute think that the next generation will be any better. Most monotheistic religions work on the of fear and control. i suppose I follow a Pagan path but, however I feel that all religion is a crutch for man to live by.

  • @proverbs1722 Why are Christians surprised when we tell you "stop preaching to us"? I mean, you can't all be that dull, can you?

  • i so wish i wasnt called a witch bc i had the penticle written on my hand... i only wished to have it on my hand and have peace... a christian walked up to me and screamed "you're a witch" and he tried making fun of me... i want to know what happened to "FREEDOM OF RELIGION!" bc it doesnt seem like its practiced anymore.

  • Why won`t they let us be?

  • @WHISPER6604 bc christians try to rule the world and bc ppl dont accept a different view than the ones everyone is shown on the damn tv, or written about. the only thing ppl like is either be a christian or dont believe in anything. nothing has changed sadly. wiccans cant be left alone bc the way the world works.

  • yeeeeaaa. I love this video.

  • @Samhains and what are YOU then? What path do YOU follow that lets you say such things with such confidence?

  • Happy 4th of July. This is so appropriate today to share. What a wonderful heartsong.

    Blessed Be~

  • bless it be, time to sort out narrow minds and discrimination

  • being a 17 year old in a school where differences really sets you apart can be hard of a young wiccan. i walk into the school with my head held high just like i do against my parents who probably won't say anything against those that bully me. i love my path and i will follow it wether my school likes it or not. no one should be afraid of their beliefs and im certainly not. those that are in the same boat never forget to be proud. this song is amazing. blessed be!!!

  • @WiccaPrincess16 You keep that head held high sister. We are with you all the way. Blessed Be

  • @phellen8060 Thank you. I plan to no matter what happens. Blessed Be!

  • Yes! Rock on!

  • BLESSED BE SISTER! i did my 4th quarter government research project on Pagan Civil Rights. a lot of the kids snickered at me, however my teacher liked it. i'm always humming this song in school, or sing it when i'm on my own. many thanks for posting this blessed be )O(

  • @TheWiccanRaven i loved that part, that made me fall of my seat cause i was laughing so hard, once i calmed down i was clapping. XD

  • Its been years - I became familiar with the story as a reporter writing about it -- ironically I served with Patrick before he died and it was a privilege to do so. therefore when this became a media sensation I was more than happy to write what I could and help get the story across. I don't usually get involved as a journalist - however this was an exception, because this was a fight for all of us, as American's, soldiers and so forth.

  • I absolutly love this song. It brought shivers up my spine. I wear my Penatcle with pride. Brightest Blessings to all )0(

  • lets all stand and fight we cant win if we just sin on our assess and let others pick and bully us becouse were diffrent and they are affraid and dont understand or dont want to thats how the dark ages happened

  • pap pagan and proud goddess bless )0(

  • Thumbs up!!!

  • This is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for posting. Blessed Be )O(

  • @wisdomtime We don't try and convert others, please grant us the same courtesy. Thank you, and blessed be. )O(

  • i love this song :)

  • wow... Awesome

  • Who cares about a cross or a star...The u.s. needs to get out of afgan. and Iraq, and alot of other spots-- its not ours to be the world cop-- fuck imperialism

  • an upside down cross is also a satan symbol maybe we should ban that

  • i love this

  • This is such a beautiful song with a message that everyone should listen to and honor. The lyrics are honest, raw and fucking amazing! I love the part about the 5 year old with the pendant!

    Blessed Be )0(

  • dude the pentacle (right side up) is the symbol for Wicca and the pentagram(inverted) it the symbol for satanism now in not putting your religion down actually if i had to pick a character out of christian mythology Satan and Lilith make the most since to me but i think that's just weird u put that up randomly

  • wrong, my dear, the pentagram was a PAGAN symbol before Satanists stole it. Even Christians have stolen some Pagan symbols/traditions. ;D

  • @lilithwolfstear every single christian tradition and symbol is originaly pagan. The most holly symbol of christians : cross, it is allso pagan symbol. in anciant rome it was a symbol of punishement.

  • @SilverRavenSK : It wasn't a religious symbol to the Romans. just an instrument of torture. But the circled cros was a symbol fo the sun to Celts from time immemorial.

  • @tricksterson I did not say, that it was a religious symbol, i just wanted to say that it was symbol of ancient pagan nation.

  • @SilverRavenSK forgive me here, but the idea of a Pagan Nation (historically) is a bit ironic. A "pagan" was a Roman term for all people who lived a rural or remote (from Rome) existance. The common day term would be "hick". These communities generally practiced their old religions after the Roman empire converted to Christianity. While the uneducated and militarily incompetent meanings dropped off the word, the religious ones remain. So pagan literally comes from "not christian" in a way.

  • @Brainfryde thats a term Barbarian, Wor "pagan" is know from christian times of middle ages, not the roman times.

  • @lilithwolfstear True but I'm taking it in more of a modern prospective and satanism is based on the light found in darkness or the opposite of major religion. Flip any symbol upside down and its a symbol of satanism. they use the inverted pentacle because it means to project energy or in their morals revenge. The christens themselves dint steal it it was the Jews originally and that was because king Solomon was into witchcraft. (I know too much history)

  • @emofelix23 i always took the inverted pentagram as material of spiritual you know? But there are wiccans that use the inverted pentagram to represent being at a higher level like i think in one of those level traditions where its like you start at level one when you join the coven and so on.

  • @i1234t1234 Yes in some traditions yes others no. Many traditions will tell you different things personally I hate the level system it seems too much like we're keeping secrets no one needs to know. I'm Solitary by the way you don't need a coven it's nice but it's a luxury. Anyways the original meaning was the up right pentacle stand for protection and the inverted pentagram is for projection.

  • @emofelix23 i never joined a coven i was suppose to join the one my aunt was in but she died and things fell through so i stayed solitary. But now that im older and have had more then a year and a day to study i see that im personally not fitted to join a coven make one maybe but not a pre existing one. The pentagram has many many meanings through out time in different cultures.

  • @emofelix23 it's hard to say what exactly the symbol means to even pagans, as it changes with each community. For many of communities of earth deities (even Jews and Muslims are pagans), inverted pentagrams and pentacles were used as a stylized Stag or Horned God (non-christian version). It would later be Christian PR machine that decided that Lucifer had horns and tail, and thus these older symbols were those of demon worshipers. A sad subversion of those communities who revered nature.

  • Wonderful really

  • But we won in the end :) There's a pentagram on his grave now <3

  • @AutumnGracy

Hoo-rah, a soldier can finally rest.

  • @AutumnGracy Rock on I am glad

  • @AutumnGracy

    blessed be

  • @AutumnGracy Yes and now when I finally die I can have it on my gravestone. Thanks for the fight!!!

  • @AutumnGracy so you are happy that your friend is now dead in the ground or either in hell.... great.... know i know to stay away from ppl like u, freaks
