I needed to lose 20 lbs to get to my ideal weight when I started this diet 3 weeks ago. I exercised, followed the diet (no cheating) and lost 5 lbs. After the diet, I've continued with the better eating habits and exercise and have lost another 2 lbs. Just 13 lbs to go. This diet is a great way to kickstart your diet. It teaches you discipline and makes you eat fruits and vegetables that are so important and so forgotten by too many of us. I give the diet 5 stars!!
Very good advice. Thanks for being clear on cleansing diets. For the most part, they're rediculous. People who push these things have mislead so many. Look at any person who's been on one for more then 3 days. They look awful!!
Plz americans are overproteined! one week is fine. why would you do this diet and go go mcdonalds afterwards? your advice is stupid and unsound as usual Ms Dietician.
Do the diet and use it to start eating organic, foods little meat preferaby lamb, and don't buy anything the America Dietary Association or FDA suggests.
