The OVA is almost exactly like the Manga, except for a few small things... but if you've never read the manga you wouldn't notice. I've gotten to the 9th book and I've got to say, that Kohta Hirano is one of the most kick ass dudes ever.

I'm so looking forward to seeing the 7th VII part of the OVA, Seras Victoria finaly discovers her true abilities

Hmmm, there are differences, particularly in the beginning (OVA 1 cut quite a lot, same with OVA 4). I'll start with volume 1 just for Master of the Monster (the chapter where Alucard and Integra met wasn't very faithfully translated). Madhouse and Tanaka (the studio and director from OVA 5 and beyond) did far better job than their predecessors (Tokoro and Satelight).

I read the manga about what happen to Seras mother and father . They were killed by hitman it states that french guy used to be a hitman ... the funny thing about it is that Seras stabbed that hitman in is eye and that guy had long hair too . So am just wondering what is going on is it him or someone else that look just like him ?

The "subs" are all manga lines, not actual subtitles done by a subbing group. The part where the illusion breaks up and the Wild Geese talk with Ceres is chapter 47 of the manga. Between chapter 47 and 48 (when the vampires get into the mansion), there's no scene with the major talking, thus there are no subs at that part of the vid.
