This is exactly why Illinois has such a screwed up work force. Lawyers like this are the sole reasoning behind why business owners are taking their companies out of state and out of the country. WC is BS and Everyone knows it. Only in Illinois a worker can get away with murder. Only in Illinois a worker can go seek medical attention, get released to light duty, don't agree with the LD release, go see a different doctor and get placed on Off work restrictions, sit home and collect $ for free
