I remember an incident in 2003-2004 Where a Male Filipino Officer for the San Jose Police Department shot a Vietnamese Woman because He thought it was a Knife does anybody else remember this and it was as heated in San Jose like the Oscar Grant Case over Oakland.

I remember in the 2004 case that the Vietnamese woman was carrying a spoon and and the Filipino Officer In San Jose got too trigger happy to use the Gun like the Oakland Bart officer did. Did the Filipino Officer that shot her ever had a Tazer at that time? Look I am a Filipino and I noticed that some people in my group are racists too. Its not Just White People that are racists. Looks like all of the strikes were justified with the exception of that last one. How many times did they tell him to turn over? How many times did he not comply? Even his roommates were telling him to shut up and listen to them. Could the cops see his hands? Did they know if the guy still had the knife? Dear Green, I don't think you honestly watched the video. He was subdued and apparently cuffed and then beat again. There is NO excuse for that. That is an abuse of power and it makes me hate the power that police have even more. Not exactly as you're describing it... Not sure he's resisting arrest. The guy seems to be in the 'police office', they're 4 or 5 around him, he's unarmed and down, so there's no reason for the cops to be so violent with him. So yes, in the UK or France, I don't think they would beat him like this. And this because they're really 'human'

If in fact he threatened his roommate with a knife and was refusing to cooperate with the police then they did what they had to do. They can't just stand around for 4 hours and wait for him to cooperate. Their time is valuable to the state.

The police officers did their jod very well, I don't think they were wrong or illegall any points !? When I first come to the U.S., I did think likes the way you guy tell me now, but after 13 years I realize that learn to admit the native culture better than aginst it.
