Ok reatard SWAT teams used to use TIPPMANN .62 cal SMG BULLDOG (first paintball gun banned). They did look like a WW2 sten gun kind of though. they fired rubber bullits and pepper balls. they took internal Co2 cartridges

contiuned... If you are thinking of the real gun training weapons though they are not a specialy developed weapon but a specialy developed round of amunition wich fires a soft wax like low velocity bullit from a shell containing little more than a primer. the real mcoy gun with dummy ammo.

I play with a crossdraw and you quickly release how much of a draw back having the magazines on the right side of the vest...Hell, just to reload my m14 takes a lot longer than it sound...Having the pistol right on the front of the vest is also a drawback as it is constantly snagging up ANY sling you put on your AEG...Not to mention everytime you go prone it jabs into your gut.

Never trust a review from anyone who calls a one-piece vest "ultimate," a magazine a clip, and has no trigger discipline.

Seriously, it might be good, but there's infinitely better out there. I payed twice this just for the web vest, and I'm considered a cheap bastard. If you want to break in at a low price, the best thing you can do is play an insurgent/rebel role. Sure, you're playing the OPFOR, but you'll be happier with it.

From what I've seen it will hold a DE .50, so you should be fine with a Mk23
