@semaokeeffe Handva flour is just a different texture, you can use a different flour if you wish. :-)

Looks amazing i am definitely gonna make it, i have only one question did you cook them in microwave or oven. I am thinking not but on video showed like a microwave.. Most delicious vegan i have seen so far.. Thanks

@semaokeeffe Hi, I have a microwave/combination oven but in this case I just used the oven. They are very tasty too. :-)

The ingredient in this look so yummy it makes me want to get cooking right away. You have found an alternative way to sweeten muffins which is simple and nourishing and even if people dont like figs...then use the water only! Excellent video...and good to see you munching at the end!
