Can you tell me is Mardi Gras in STL celebrated on Tuesday and if it is, are all schools and some businesses closed . I am missing seeing a lot of kids because in New Orleans parades are the highlights of the celebration and they should participate by catching beads, stuffed animals, toys and other trinkets,and watching marching bands.
