I generally like Kucinich, as he seems to have a lot more sense than most Democrats on big issues like senseless wars and the War on Drugs, but he's also a radical on many others such as gun control (once submitted a bill to repeal the 2nd Amendment). I like his honesty and cojones, but overall I have mixed feelings. If any Democrat is a 'friend of the worker', it's Kucinich by far, so he should know better than to vote for this fraudulent bill.

Hm. Good thinkin. I was never a big fan of the welfare state anyhow. Just get those poor folks good union jobs and training (if they want), and that'll start them on the road to middle class. Government dependency on benefits doesn't get you anywhere. It's an enabler.

Unions keep your boss from Firing you NEW law say they can FIRE you with-out any cause at anytime NOW and thats WHY you "need" a UNION! so they cant do that ! I worked and was treated like DIRT because of that with No Money No Hope No RAISE ! I got a NICKLE raise a .5 cent raise busting my back !

"Upholding the constitution" happens if you do it, not if you say you will do it. Congress actually usurped the constitution when they delegated the right to declare war. Kucinich, if he spoke against it (as he did vote against it), possibly might've dared the idiots into voting FOR it.
