  • Was she making another point or just repeating what she had said in english in mandarin?

Considering that she had described the affected people as being 'recent immigrants' perhaps she did that in this case for their benefit which seems to make sense to me.

  • Interesting.

  • You go Alice!

  • @xactlyme what drives you to call her a clown?

  • @nerdofthisworld comments like this are expressions of opinion, and are protected by the Canadian fundamental right of freedom of speech; perhaps you, nerdofthisworld, reside in a communist dictatorship, such as China, where freedom of expression is restrained by shackles and torture, in which case, nerd.., I extend my sympathies

  • @davidlangertoronto I live in CANADA. C-A-N-A-D-A. I'm a Conservative supporter and yes, I agree she shouldn't speak Chinese in parliament, but I am outraged by your outburst. So I suggest you, david, to let me express my rights as a CANADIAN, and yes, I said CANADIAN and speak whatever I wish.

  • @nerdofthisworld outraged? outburst? that's outlandish!

  • @davidlangertoronto to you it is

  • We have to accept the current mess Canada is in when we elect clowns like this woman to the parliament.

  • Why is Canada's immigration rate increasing higher than its growth rate amongst people born in Canada?
