Thanks for a great video. I am a home bread baker and just got into making hoagie/sub rolls. There are so many recipes, some with egg, some without but all are so similar. I like the idea of having the option using a bread machine. What brand bread machine are you using and do you like it? I have a cheap one but use it just for dough.
@BeeRich33 I bake bread for my restaurant with high gluten, power flour. It is not chewy, I make foccacia and white bread. It is also the same flour I use for pizza dough.
So they completely rise in the oven? Their all flat in the curved baking sheets, I would think they would bake to that flattened shape unless you are letting them rise for an hour or so covered before baking.
