Thanks guys. Previously I had the Adcom 5802 (450 x 2) and it all sounded fine. You MC500 should sound great with your new speakers. Lucky you!

I am looking at the  new 3.7 Maggies.

83db is not very effecient, but I trust my MC500 Mac (minimum 500watts) at any impedance should make Maggie happy. Any thoughts...thanks
