一部電影可以完全拋開政治因素和歷史因素去拍，禁了也沒有關係, 要展示一個作者的personality。要不然就有工筆畫工，做出逼真的效果震撼觀眾，要不然就是有個成熟而深邃的大腦，講一個別出心裁的故事或者清晰地揭示一個大家說不清道不明的現象。
自殺的日本軍人的角色讓我想起野戰排的年輕男主角，也是個被眼前戰爭嚇傻眼的人，也是不能接受參與戰友去強姦當地的少女。。。但是野戰排裡面還看見那個軍人怎樣在熱帶叢林裡走爛了腳的故事。那部電影不是黑白的，不講究美工，而講究寫真。
陸川這個導演，沒有靈魂的爆發力。。。

Your question is a stupid one. A Japanese soldiers were stationed by the TREATY like U.S army,British army and French army in Shanghai.
About 100,000 Chiangkai-sek soldiers tried to massacre 20,000 Japanese residents in Shanghai leased territory of Japan.
A Japanese army unavoidably fought back against a Chinese army in order to protect innocent residents.
