  • Do people not realize being Atheist requires a leap of faith and is a belief that requires explanation?

  • @MaRTiiaNN Atheism does not require any leap of fait. Atheism is a lack of belief in a god.

Would you require a leap of faith to not believe there is an ice cream shop on Pluto?

  • @daverowbotham Yes you would require a leap of faith to not believe it. Unless you see Pluto from every perspective, inside and out, you can't claim one not to be there. Atheism requires the leap of faith to make the claim that there is no God. By claiming this, you must present evidence to back this claim up or it's a leap of faith, as with any religion.

  • @MaRTiiaNN if you think it requires a leap of faith to not believe there is an ice cream shop on Pluto then you're an idiot.

  • @daverowbotham No I'm not really an idiot at all actually. Until you've seen it from every perspective you can't claim one doesn't exist as a fact. There will always be a chance one is there until proven 100% false. I'd give it a .0000000 and so on with some number at the end of the sequence that there isn't one there, but logically there's still a chance.

  • @daverowbotham So logically, to some extent, it requires a leap of faith to not believe it's possible. Not a very large leap I'll admit but a microscopic one. Nevertheless, it's still a gap.

  • @MaRTiiaNN no. it does not require any leap of faith.

I suggest you go to wikipedia or open a book , and learn about the null hypothesis.

  • @daverowbotham I have, it's an absolute that's being suggested that no God, known or unknown, can exist.

  • That's the first time I've seen Matt laugh like that.

  • Heil Richard Dawkins *nazi arm* LOL

  • @GnosticHumanist They actually do talk about Judaism. They're equally as against the Torah as the Bible. There are whole episodes about the ridiculous commandments for Jews, and the host and cohost are both Jewish. Abraham was a totally delusional fucking fool (the Jews think he's a pretty important fellow, btw).

Spare us the racist/conspiracy shit. It's not welcome.

  • "He was alive in 1889?"

Yeah, but back then it was only The 7 Club.

  • HAIL SATAN

  • if they had a pact with the devil... as the guy said it would look like dubai lol. Afterall, whenever i hear about someone giving x to the devil, they usually get riches followed by perhaps an earthquake. if they did go into a pact with the devil, they got a really crappy deal because they are poor AND hit by an earthquake.

  • Hati has a pact with the devil for 19th century independence = earthquake. . .

Would these people saying this like to show the pact in writing from both parties? I thought not.

  • Atheists in Texas?I find that hard to believe.

  • @Zodist "I find that hard to believe." Welcome to the Atheist Experience!

  • I read the title and I was like, "Ooooooooooooooooooooooh snap, I've got to watch this one RIGHT F-ING NOW."

  • If God does not want you, why is a pact with the Devil that bad?

  • @Username14129 God wants everyone. The pact of the devil is people who choose to listen to him like atheists.

  • @elibeth121 no he doesnt- hes doesnt what muslims- he doesnt want buddhists-etc etc he wants submission and worship which for a supreme being is laughable- its clear that god has been made up with human emotions and weaknesses- no god of value needs to use fear for submission! A logical God could end all doubt but chooses not to- a logical god could end all suffering but lets it happen to prove a point? ridiculous

  • @salvadory Of course he does, he does not favour a religion or race. He wants everyone to go to heaven that was his perfect will for man. God is not emotions or weakness, nor is he feared. God is love, holy, perfect, humble, forgiving, and full of grace. He loves you and want you to trust him, he can do so much in a persons life.He wants you to believe with faith. Jesus did not come into this world to end suffering but to help you throug it.

  • Who would like to have an intellectual debate with me over the existence of god? I'm looking for a believer.

  • @maccas1329 I will. You start.

  • @midnightapalooza Ok thank you for accepting. Basics first I guess, How do you know that god exists and how can you prove his existence?

  • @maccas1329 All right... I'll start off with a very basic argument, but I've got tons more. Probably one of the must overused arguments is this: How did the universe come into existence? I mean, think about it: You admit that the universe had to start somewhere, through your big bang theory and other ideas. So where did the original matter and energy come from that started the universe? I don't believe science has an answer yet, but I'd ike to hear if they do...

  • @maccas1329 Secondly, we have the argument of contingency. Everything that exists must have something else to exist. You exist because air, food and water exists. Rocks exist because of molten rock that exists. And so on. The universe, and everything in it exists. The beings all bound in space and time is the universe, inanimate and animate alike. So what it takes for those things to exist cannot be in the universe, thus out of space and time. Therefore, what exists that allows

  • @maccas1329 the universe to exist must exist out of space and time. The reason for this is that everything would need to be given being, but there would be nothing to give being. I know that is kinda complicated, ask me if you need more info.

  • @maccas1329 Third, we have the argument of desire. We all desire things. We all have (since the dawn of time) desired things like food, water, sex, sleep, and so on. Humans came along, with a higher power of mind, and wanted something more. The human mind has craved God, since its existence. It wants something to believe in. Even athiests want something to believe in, they want to believe there is no God. No one can not want to believe in something. So, let me explain my theory.

  • @maccas1329 We also desire things, artificial things. What I mean by that is things that we have created. A championship for a sports team, a sports car, money, a huge house, whatever. But, none of that existed when man first came along. There was nothing we desired that exceeded things that animals desired.... Other than a higher power. Every human since we were born wanted that. YOu can call religion a man made thing (it really was). But the desire for a higher power, or the "God

  • @maccas1329 Hole", has always existed. Before religion. Therefore, it wasn't a man made desire. It was one of the first desires. So, where did it come from if man didn't make it? Next, is the moral arguments.

  • @maccas1329 I'll start by telling you about different views of morality. First is subjective morality. This is when each person can decide what is moral for him. So he's always right. If two people with this view got into an argument about murder, the one who commited the murder would say it was moral. The outsider could say it's not. But technically, if this view is right, then neither are wrong. This is wrong for two reasons:

  • @maccas1329 First of all, that person would be saying there are no moral absolutes, for morals are different for each person. But that's contradictory because you would be admitting one absolute: That there are no absolutes. This also contradicts the law of contradiction, saying that no two opposite viewpoints can be right. Next is the convential realitism or normative ethics. This is where morality is judged by whatever the majority of people in one given society viewed as right.

  • @maccas1329 Therefore the society would live in relative harmony, considering the fact that most people agreed on morals. This is wrong because of the fact that these morals can change. Think about it this way: It was considered wrong in Austrailia for many years to be gay, and laws were passed preventing it. Recently, those have changed to allow it. If this theory is true, then Austrailia was never wrong to begin with, so why change? Another thing you could say is that the actions

  • @maccas1329 of Nazi Germany were technically morally acceptable. Next we have the idea of a moral law. Basically what that is is the idea that there is some higher power passed moral laws. That must be correct, because without them, there could be no moral judgements. We could not differenciate between Mother Teresa and Hitler. If there are no absolute moral laws, how can we judge what's right and what's wrong? Most people (regardless of culture) agree it is wrong to torture babies?

  • @maccas1329 Sorry, typed the wrong thing there. I meant, how else can we judge it is wrong to torture babies? Most people agree with that, regardless of culture. Most people aso agree that the Holocaust was bad. Now, that raises the question of, if there is moral law, why would we do that anyways? That is simply because you can believe in any of these things, but only one can be right. Someone who lives in the wilderness (with no cultural influence) knows that it is wrong to kill a

  • @maccas1329 baby, even though no culture has influenced him. Whether he does it or not is different, cause you can choose not to follow it, but still, they know it's wrong (unless they're mentally insane). Like I said, there would be no arguments agout morality, because no one would know something was right or wrong. For example, the people in Nazi Germany helped rebel, thus arguing with the government because they thought it was wrong. How else would they know that? They were

  • @maccas1329 accustomed to thinking it was right, so how could they know it was wrong? God had to have passed these moral laws that are written in every person's heart. Next is the argument of the idea of God. It is very similar to the argument of desire, but slightly different. It basically states that only God could have placed the idea for Him in our minds. Where else would it have come from?

  • @maccas1329 That is all theological, philosophical evidence. You want scientific. Here goes:How about the perfectness of our life? I mean, the Earth is perfectly built to sustain life. Just a slight difference would cause life to have never been able to exist. The idea of the Big Bang theory (assuming that God doesn't exist, and that matter has always existed) happened perfectly, didn't it? All of that matter all happened to get together at the right time and place to start life.

  • @maccas1329 The statistical probability for all of that to happen is vastly outweighed by the probability for it not to happen... It did, but do you really think it happened by accident? Also, how can the unchanging laws of math, science, morality, and all of those possibly be unchanging? Why doesn't 2+2=4 change depending on the situation? Because something created them. Next, how about DNA? Think about it like a computer... Someone has to program it in order to get it to do

  • @maccas1329 do something, right? DNA works the same way.... First of all, all life is made up of trillions of cells. Those all have their own nucleus, containing that cell's DNA, it's "programming", if you will. The code that defines what that cell does, all the time. That's pretty amazing, just to think about it. But, getting into it more, how do the chemicals that make up DNA "know" how to arrange themselves to do the right thing?

  • @maccas1329 Looking at athiests for a moment... Why do you spend so much time and energy trying to argue against something that you don't even think exists? That inks back to the God Hole, it's because you are trying to fill that hole, prove that we're wrong. But more than that, it's because God is pursuing you, pushing this idea in your minds more and more, making you want to study Him, learn about Him, to dispute His existence... But you may find, as many athiests have, that He

  • @midnightapalooza "Why do you spend so much time and energy trying to argue against something that you don't even think exists?"

Simple. Because those in power are theists, and they base their decisions, which affect our lives, on their silly beliefs. Christianity is leading this world to annihilation with a glee that is mind boggling. Someone has to stand up and challenge them or we are all doomed. If Christians didn't push their beliefs on everyone else, atheists wouldn't have to speak up.

  • @Inclousid That's the best way I've ever seen that stated. Bravo.

  • @maccas1329 exists. Next, what about Jesus? He said He was God, while other religious leaders, like Buddha or Muhommed all claimed to be prophets. Why? Because He was. How did He prove that? He did what people can't do, healing blindness, disease, even bringing someone back from the dead! This guy aso had so much knowledge, about the ABSOLUTE MORAL LAWS, more than any other humans can have at one time. Also, do keep in mind the time He lived in.

  • @midnightapalooza The word ‘Buddha’ is a title, which means ‘one who is awake’ — in the sense of having ‘woken up to reality’. The Buddha was born as Siddhartha Gautama in Nepal around 2,500 years ago. He did NOT (key word there) claim to be a prophet. He was a human being who became Enlightened, understanding life in the deepest way possible. Im athiest, butthe more i learn about religion (Every) it just seems more stupid, it really does... i also agree with @Inclousid.

  • @maccas1329 They were restricted as to what they could read. So you can't argue that He got His knowledge from many other people...Also, over 500 people said they saw HIm rise from the dead, and even more say Him performing His miracles. That's a lot of proof... If you want more, I'll find it. But first, I find it more effective to convince you if you make an accusation towards us first. I promise I'll have a comeback.

  • @midnightapalooza Is your argument complete? If so would you rather take this to private chat for the sake of the comments section being overloaded?

  • @maccas1329 Yeah, that may be a good idea. If anyone else wants to join, shoot me a private message.

  • @midnightapalooza Hearsay is not proof. It can hardly even be considered evidence. There are no contemporary accounts of the life of Jesus, none. The gospels were written decades after the man supposedly died. Absolutely everything about Jesus and his miracles is based on hearsay story telling. Over 10,000 people have claimed they've seen Elvis alive and well. Does that mean he is? After all, co many people can't be wrong correct?

  • Dr Faust 2.0

  • For the first 47 seconds I thought Pat Robertson were a joke and they really meant Robert Pattinson XP

  • Murders in bible by god: Millions and millions and millions. Wiped out the entire population of the earth. Massacred first born children. Mandated pointless slaughter of millions of animals to atone for sin.

Murders in the bible by the devil: 10

God lied about the tree of knowledge and the devil talking serpent thingy was telling the truth!

Maybe the devil is god? Or maybe there is no truth to the bible or any other man fabricated mind control devices (religions).

  • @ultim4t32 A probable explanation, if a godlike force or entity exists somewhere and judge us, is that it´s not judging our faith but rather our intelligence. Anyone believing in these BS religions does not pass the test.

  • @ultim4t32 lol totally agree, but still god murdered everything on the planet, because he loves them!

and the devil was telling the truth and only killed 10 people because he's soooo mean! :P

if the bible was true all of the intelligent people are going to hell, it'd be awesome down there!

  • Has Robertson said anything about the Washington State Senate passing a gay marriage bill yet? I mean, that's a state that can literally have fire and brimstone rain down upon it, given all the volcanoes there. The problem, of course, is that when Mt. St. Helens erupted in 1980, it did no harm whatsoever to the liberal Seattle metro area, but it rained ash all over the conservative, Christian eastern part of the state. I guess the lord works in mysterious ways.

  • @ianat841 There is a gay marriage bill going through!? I'm from Tacoma and I had no idea...

  • @ianat841 LOL!

  • Lol at look like Dubai too funny

  • Is it just me or does Martin Wagner look like a giant midget?

  • possibly my favorite clip

  • It's akin to saying "If you forego jerking off now (in this finite life), you'll be jerked off for eternity after death. BUT, if you jerk off now (in this finite life), then your doomed for an eternity of a spiked cattle prod ripping your insides wihile suffering a case of blue balls."

Most people here this message and say "Fuck, those are my options? Well, I'm better of believing." :)

  • Well, your just an atheist cause you wan't to sin. ALL you care about is pleasure and not the things of god! My my, isn't that poetic. The religious care about pleasure more than we do, apparently. If they sacrifice pleasure in the here and now, in this finite reality, they will be rewarded with ETERNAL bliss. And we are the greedy ones? Come on. Everyone has self gain in mind to some degree, whether it be in life or in death.

  • If there were heaven and hell, I would rather go to hell and be with awesome people like Christopher Hitchens, George Carlin, Bill Hicks, Douglas Adams or Bertrand Rusell than stay for eterny with those nutjob xians.

  • does anyone really take Pat Robinson seriously? I mean the guy believes anything that doesn't say praise to his god iether has a pact with the devil or is demons trying to misslead you.if Robinson didn't have a tv show he would be locked up as insane

  • @pjpopper what are you talking about. people spend their entire life researching, the evidence is stacked up in piles for you. evolution is fact, no way around it. the bible bable is just a ridiculous notion that condtridicts itself, dont give ppl your crap about being impartial cause its bullshit. if you prefer fairy tales over likely reasonable conclusions for truth thats your own decision

  • lol devil please deliver me from the abuse of christians, they're driving me freak'n crazy

  • Congrats ..you guys are reaching many naive and clueless people... Just listening to the many mindless conversations you guys have (Don't even know if you can call them conversations)...Sounds just like a bunch of Unedgumacated KKK leaders saying " We don't like no damned N!@#$@ cause they wear thayer britches under thayre big ole' asses! (I'm not racist) Example of how stupid they sound.

  • Someone asked me if I had a prayer request recently.

I asked them to ask their God to be with and assist those who need His assistance far more than I; such as those being raped and murdered in Africa and the children who are struck and killed every 4th of July by drunk drivers.

In response, she condemned me as a hypocrite for not actively trying to help such people myself. She went on to say that my being a police officer doesn't count, because I'm getting paid to help people.

    o.O

  • @SeedsOfHatred lol what an idiot. So I guess you didnt punch her.

  • @SeedsOfHatred oh it counts. but thats the reason your god is so useless, because you dont actually have to take matters upon your own hands. you just get on your knees like a pathetic idiot and beg for things

  • @georgio210 Go back and read my post again, kiddo. Look for the obvious atheistic overtones in my words.

I have no god. Nor do I beg on my knees. I am an atheist.

  • @SeedsOfHatred ha sorry, i must have been feeling moody...were you raised non-believer??

  • @georgio210 No. I was a Christian for the first 20 years of my life. Which, I suppose in some ways is a good thing. For one; I fully understand the mindset of theists with whom I debate. It helps to know thy enemy.

  • @SeedsOfHatred i wouldnt call it the enemy, seeing as how i share most values and mindset, and i happen to be sorrounded by them, fam. included...but no sorprise there huh? ....tho i must admit, i am pretty resented by it. i was promised something and cut very short on the bargain. realism has its own charms tho, i rather live with a crappy truth than in vain with the false. tho i dont feel that way at all...was that pretty hard on you? the transition i mean

  • @georgio210 Eh, it was at first. It's a rattling experience to conclude that everything you've ever known or believed is false. But, like you, I take solace in the knowledge that I'm aknowledging reality, rather than living a lie.

Besides, I don't personally find the truth to be all that shitty. Promises of paradise are nice and all, but now I realize that when I'm dead, I wont be alive to care that I'm dead. So, it's not something I worry about.

  • can i let you into a little secret, i still privately hope for an after life conciousness..because tho i feel that it's not likely,i truly dont know.and its that second statement that i take refuge in..humility. tho i refuse to believe in stuff without reason;evidence. i don know one thing. the diferance beatween good and bad.and defending it alongside of truth is my reality..and it ought to be everyone's.and youre absolutely right, its not so terrible. i rathe enjoy my oh so human circumstances

  • @SeedsOfHatred Right! I'm not crazy about the thought of dying -- no more me, no more thinking, no more pleasure to be had, no more beautiful music, wonderful smells, delicious meals, pleasing sights, the joy of touching and being touched -- and sometimes it sends me into an irrational panic. I don't want to leave. But I'm going to, and there's nothing I can do about it. So I have to make the most out of life while I'm here.

I hope I didn't depress anyone with this message.

  • @gspendlove Think of this way! No more back ache, no more prostrate trouble, no more heart break, no more disappointments, no more work, no more getting up when you don't want to, no more arguments or fights. Oblivion looks pretty good then. Just think back to a year before you were born. Now that wasn't such a bad place, was it? Oh yeah, and no more worries about dying.

  • Feeding a troll and telling someone to "burn in hell" for being born isn't the same thing.

  • I realize Robertson has said some hateful things but isn't it wrong to wish him harm? It just seems similar to the callers that talk about burning in hell.

  • so it's accurate?!? :D

  • These guys are so going to hell.

  • @BitchPus5 So are you to almost every other religion then christianity. Heck even by some sects of christianity you go to hell.

  • @BitchPus5 I'll save you a seat in the hell train.

  • @BitchPus5 are they?? baha ha

  • Pat Robertson is a putrid, filthy motherfucking piece of shit. And his Jizz sock is lonely.

  • @pjpopper Ofc we believe that you looked at the DATA. Especially since only one side comes with data. Do you really think it is right to lie for jesus? you might not get out much, but people in the real world are a lot smarter than that.

  • A prayer request? Now that I have the benefit of foresight, isn't that just asking someone to ask someone to do something for you?

  • It seems the Chhristians are almost HAPPY Haiti got their lumps!

Where is the LOVE? Why not pray for the blod of Jesus God to FORGIVE the Haitians (IF that is WHAT caused the tsunai in the first place!) AND get their godfucking asses over there AND WORK WITH THEM?

  • I want y'all to be y witness: I SELL MY SOUL TO THE DEVIL to be SO HOTT TO ALL FEMALES (past, present, and future, ALL top-notch girls), better than th imagination can concoct, AND TO get THOSE MY-NATURA longer forearms and arms so I can have my fetish fantasy fulfilled OVER AND OVER TEN-THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF TIMES!

  • @AtheistExperience Thanks for posting this and everything else you do, but just a suggestion, I know this is super nitpicky esp on a year old vid, but I was thinkin' if you have time you could maybe consider revising to something like "because he alleged they swore a pact" for the benefit of the uninformed/faithful who think that's true and don't know how to use google, lol... but whatever, just thanks for these vids, they're awesome.

  • if god is omniscient, he knows everything about me; exactly what i want, need, hope for.. So why would i need to pray?

  • The best thing you can do with people who quote a book is ignore them. These people are sad, alone, and crave attention. They have nothing concrete to offer the world and really hope that they find rational arguments and not just post paragraphs of a book made by the Roman Empire of Constantine.

  • 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.”

  • @jhoward103 Please stop spamming bible verses. I have a bible, and I have read it. That's why I'm an atheist. How about you start spamming some Exodus or Deuteronomy and we'll see how long your virtuous book holds up.

  • “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[f] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

  • 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15 that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.

  • “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? 11 I tell you the truth, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.[d]

  • 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.” “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.

  • 4 “How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!” 5 Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’

  • 1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him.” 3 In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.[a]”

  • if you believe iN god , then praying IS A SIN ,AFTERALL DIDNT HE KNOW THE BEGINNING AND THE END? Praying insults him and says that his plan is NOT perfect, and YOU want him to change it, watch out praying may get you a one way ticket to HELL!!(for believers only)

  • @ricglos George Carlin!

  • @ricglos LOL omg thats just amazing, I wish I came up with that statement.

  • hahahahaha . this is f ***** brilliant comment

  • @ricglos:Exactly!!! i have been saying the forever!

  • @ricglos After all what is the point of being the all powerful creator of the universe if any asshole with a prayer book can fuck up your grand plan

  • @GinEric84 haha, man...I miss Carlin :(

  • if i was a christian, my argument would probably be something like "i believe god exists because i want to believe he does." it would give them an escape from getting into hopeless arguments, and you can't dispute what someone wants.

  • *sigh* I guess I'll just continue to ask myself when we'll all understand.

  • @pjpopper wow - great argument. Love the logic.

  • ok guys i have to say that both sides are just about as credible, but we all have similar archetype like minds to see that your hate for any life form is not going to help, its obvious that we all need to be good people to me, the only proof we have is how we make others feel

  • Fuck you atheist. I would have loved to live in biblical times to stone the shit out of someone.

  • @1989NikeMcfly I wanna get stoned and I'm an atheist, go buy me sum bud you dick

  • @1989NikeMcfly But God's word is eternal, who says you can't stone him now? Go do that and see how that works.

  • @1989NikeMcfly You are showing those good christian values? Way to go!

  • @1989NikeMcfly I'm not that found of getting stoned... I'm rather a guy that appreciate getting hammered from time to time. I'm an atheist until THAT religion sees the dawn of light.

  • @1989NikeMcfly

You don't have to live in the biblical times to get stoned. You can just go to Amsterdam.

  • @pjpopper Because it has been shown to be true over and over again, it's as true as any other scientific theory. Just because you can't grasp the concept of evolution, which to me seems pretty logical and easy to understand, doesn't mean it's illogical and unreasonable.

    Evolution is a done deal.

  • THERE IS NO FUCKING PROOF!!!!!! DEAL WITH IT!!

  • @pjpopper Science aside, how do you justify believing in a particular god, or believing in a particular way? Why do you believe the Bible over the Qur'an or the Torah or the Vedas or the Buddhist Sutras? Why is your belief any more valid than the billions who don't believe as you do?

  • @pjpopper Your inability to comprehend evolution or abiogenesis is no more evidence that these topics are false than it is evidence for the existence of god. I'm sorry that you didn't find the concepts to your liking, but dismissing them because you personally couldn't figure them out is just pathetic. Do you have a background in molecular biology? I'm going to guess not. Neither do I, which is why I respect those I know who DO have that background.

  • Thumbs up if i should hide a camara at my door and the next time a Christian Comes around Prank them.

  • @ht448 i did that once, i bought a freshly killed chicken and i gargled fake blood so when they answerd the door i pretended that i was a satanist and that they just interupted my blood sacrifice.

  • "so that's why you keep sending me these friend invites."

"i just click ignore, i don't even see it."

    :O did he lie!

  • I hate religion but i think i hate that opening song even more.

  • Heh, that was Mike Malloy that last bit. You should check out his 'letter from Satan to Pat Robertson' It's very funny.

Now me, I like Malloy anyway, he's the rare labour sort of guy who's actually pissed off about the right wing as I wish more people on the left where, because they bloody well have a ton of reasons to be angry and I find it alarming how most on the left are NOT angry. But even if you don't like all that stuff, you'd still probably like his letter from Satan to Robertson.

  • damn it, what happened to this group on facebook...

  • you are right to reject jesus is god

but you are wrong to reject god, because you don't know who god is :)

  • AtheistExperience I talk Spanish, and it's a little difficult understand you, because you talk so fast. So, can u activate the subtitles? please.

  • only people who are weak rely on the help of the desperate, weak people need Satan or another kind of deity. btw i believe in God i just don't like him and want him dead HAHAHA!!

  • @AthestExperiance this video has a link at the end that goes to a canceled youtuber account. Just a heads up, in case you wanted to change it.

  • The Pat Robinsons and Westboro Baptist Church's etc. are wonderful people. We need more christians like this. That way we will see the end to religious nonsense come that much sooner.

  • No human mind can comprehend the mysteries of God.

  • @vsbladz Because he is not real, right?

  • @badboy19971976 "Because he is not real, right?"

Who is not real? Are you implying God is not real?

  • @vsbladz Yes he is, I dont know if god is real or no, but we have no reason to believe in a sadistic, intolerant, racist, genocidial god (If your are talking about Yawhew ) or in any god without evidence, believing in something and telling others is true is called a lie and it get worse when you treat them with eternal torment you can believe whatever you want, but you cannot tell others is true if you have no evidence, I dont believe in lies, and thats the true.

  • @TheWesmaister Threat* Also with the *Yes he is* in the start of the paragraph I was referring to your question *Are you implying god is not real?*.

  • @vsbladz Then why is it that Christians seem to know so much about god?

  • @mentalphysicalism "Then why is it that Christians seem to know so much about god?"

    Do you know?

  • @vsbladz You said "no human can understand the mysteries of god" but

Christians make all sorts of claims about their god. Either god is a mystery or

    god is knowable.

  • @vsbladz Really? Cause all the priests I know seem to have a pretty good idea.

  • I'd pray to put Pat Robertson's soul in the microwave.

  • @Wolverine4762 I agree that reason and logic DO apply to your god. So why won't religious people USE reason and logic to argue the case for his existence? Atheists and anti-theists have been trying to get religious people to argue their case using logic and reason, and so far most of what we get is faith-based ranting with no logical or reasonable content.

    Why?

  • @Wolverine4762 Funny, but studies have show that not only are atheists generally better-educated and more intelligent (by some measures), but they also tend to know more about the bible than MOST Christians.

With that fact out there, how do you defend your assertion that atheists must be ignorant?

  • @TheMonk72 I call them ignorant for rejecting the possibility of God. I was agnostic my whole life until I found God. I assure you he is real... He sits behind the scenes but all this chaos is under his control. Oh yeah, he gave me signs to prove he is real.

  • @Wolverine4762 Your assurance holds no weight. I was a Christian for 15 years, then I learned how to think. Now I am an atheist, and often an anti-theist. Why is your story of going from "I don't know" to "I believe!!!" any better or more valid than my story of going from "I BELIEVE! PRAISE JESUS!!!" to "Whoa, what was I thinking?"

Now I'm just ashamed to admit that I ever believed.

  • @TheMonk72

    Well put Satan*

  • @phirefish Thanks for the support, I appreciate it. However, unlike your religion's symbol of rebellion I actually exist.
