This is just more proof of the unbelievable talent Michael Jackson was. I think even Mariah Carey, one of the best voices today, doesn't even approach the quality that Michael was able to produce with this song at age 12. There truly will never be another.

i agree with you about no one comparing to the incomparable King of Pop, but I do have to say that this video is an inaccurate depiction of Mariah as this was at the peak of her decline. If we jet back to 1992 at MTV Unplugged where she sang I'll Be There, the emotion, grit, and true talent of her voice shined through. But I will agree, MJ is unmatched when it comes to the passion of his original songs (as I would say that Mariah's original songs are incomparable).

This was a great performance you know what happened to these videos they where skimmed off the audience and the background noise so it becomes more squeky you should hear it on blu-ray thats a perfect sound. So it has nothing to do with her voice its the technique that was used to take out the background noise which made her voice squiky and its a youtube video soo the sound quality is degraded automatically. i saw the original on youtube and then on blu-ray wow big differnce in sound quality

*I* didnt cut it out! why does no1 understand....i rip these STRAIGHT from the DVD then put them up here, i dont do anything to the audio. the audio is as it is on the surround sound. this audio is just what comes out of the centre channel of surround sound. the vocals mainly but i guess treys was in the right speaker?
