i don't really use many sample packs anymore. I just make my own sounds using vst's. As for making the track sound clear...i just EQ my music. You've got to know your frequencies, to make the track sound full, and make sure that one instruments frequencies isn't squashing the other or making another sound muddy!!!!!! Hope this helps.

i'm not sure how to make electro myself. if you listen to some of my electro songs, most of them aren't really that electroey. And the ones that are, i didn't have a set recipe for making them that way.

y advice is:listen very carefully and try to immitate the genre in which you want to make. It was hard for me at first to make a generic house tune. but now my challenge is making music that stands out from the rest.
