it's damn good but heavy i'm still on the 1st episode, got me kinda at a low point and can't bring myself to watch the next one

i overdosed before on oxycontin crushed it 80 mgs green tablet plus i did morphine 60mgs tablet plus somas plus codeine #3 xanax too alotta of it i was 33 yrs old when i did it ..because my wife and i got a divorce ..she met another person online on valentinesday i bought her alotta stuff than she gave me the breaking news im in love with mary another lady in michigan i was like omg your kidding me ,,,so i thought drugs were the answer to that i tried suicide even smoked dope

you know you people can say anything you want baut this show...but you people that are downing it clearly have not been an addict or around one. This T.V. show is the closest it gets to the 12th step. We get people sober to keep ourselves sober. So if its so boring..don't watch it. Another thing this T.V. show is doing is breaking those stereo types of what an addict is.

Ive never seen the show, but would like to. But the character casting sure looks off here, that guy does NOT fit in with the look of his family at all. He looks and acts like some gangsta off the street thrown into a clean cut looking family who live in a white bread middle class home. I use the term white bread not as racial but as a sterotypical middle class clean cut home. Please correct me if i have misenterpreted the show from this video sampler.

William Banks married his highschool sweetheart and they had a few kids. Then he got into drugs and became addicted. We makes a deal with God, that if he helps him get off drugs for his family that he would help other people. No, he doesn't fit in that white picket fence at all.He knows the street and thats what helps him help other people.

In some of the ads for the Cleaner the song is Mad World by Gary Jules. (The song is originally by Tears for Fears. The Gary Jules version is a remake, which is in the commercials.)
