  • You would get a higher serve percentage if you tossed it higher - that's good advice and I'm serious. On a less serious note, you strain? Lol, sure. What are you, a woman? Hit the gym or just man up.

  • @CCFHymns maybe good advice for others but not me, i would have to wait a long time for the ball to come back down. i get good serves with that toss. just that day i was a little off on my serve. women and men both strain. I have to do what works for me. This is a video of my Bobby Riggs wooden tennis racquet and me just having some fun with my father. This isn't wimbledon, this is the USA BABY!! so i can be as loud as i want but i can't help it anyway.

  • @CCFHymns as i said before this is a video of my tennis racquet. if i wanted coaching i would title this "Help! I want to be professional." but this is just a hobby, im not trying to make a career out of this. it's too late anyway. i'm 27 and should have done this when i was 4 or 5 like the "professionals". And my gf likes me lean without big muscles. so it's okay. And Nadal who? John McEnroe is the man. He grunts and was lean and he was good. not these players on steroids today.

  • @CCFHymns I dont need to toss my ball unnecessary high i get the height i need from my toss, you're right im not pro and i just play tennis for recreation, i'm not professing to be professional. I grunt because i strain, it's not something i try to do it just happens. better to strain something out of my mouth then to do it out of my butt like you probably do when you lift something heavy.
