Again why no class action? Why is it when impeachment charges were brought in the House All 166 votes in favor of opening up a House impeachment debate came from Republicans while Nancy Pelosi repeatedly refused to support a resolution calling for Bush's impeachment?

@0spiker Pelosi refused to support impeachment because she was aware of Bush's illegal wiretapping before 9/11 and aware of the torture program--she was complicit from the start and his crimes were her crimes.
Condi's perjury is an open and shut case, as shown in my video "Condi Lied Under Oath to the 9/11 Widows". I have no standing in court because I can not show that I was harmed by her perjury. A class action is a suit involving a class of people who were harmed.

@0spiker Everybody was complicit in Bush's crimes--even us citizens. That's why there will be no prosecution. We are all guilty. No one has even been charged in the warrantless wiretap case, though Bush admitted on national TV that he had committed an impeachable felony.
