I dont remember that tavern being in the game, but it definitely looks in-engine to me. So it's probably a screenshow showing of the graphic fidelity of the engine.

The first one is my favorite. I always found it a shame that Dandelion's music would always replace it in the chapter 4 tavern, as it's one of the best tavern song I've heard in a game. Especially at the beginning of chapter 4, easily the most colourful part of the game.
