Actually Luffy in One Piece has done it more than once and it was about a hundred times more epic than any hit by Natsu. Go find the entire scene from OP "luffy punches tenrybuto(sp)" and end of movie 6. Absolutely epic!! Natsu is alright I s'pose.. But he couldn't hold a candle to Luffy, especially now in the series.

@FamiAoi dont compare fairy tail with one piece, cuz ok fairy tail has 118 episodes right now and one piece has 537 episodes and many of punches of fairy tail in this video are altmost 50-70 soo make the diference Bettewn the punches of One piece episodes 1-118 and punches of fairy tail 1-118.

I dont say that i dont like one piece or something cuz ok one piece is one of top animes.
