Let me just point out the God did NOT make the law because we could follow it. He made it to show we couldn't in ANY way reach the same standards that He rules by. Jesus makes that clear when he preaches the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5-7. According to Jesus, the only way to be right with God is to be in perfect before him, which, without Jesus, is impossible for us rebels. Jesus offers the only way to having peace and receiving forgiveness and grace from God. He is our Saviour.

God strengthens all of those families who's loved one's died. They draw closer to God. God must allow free will. He gave it to us. It was someone else's sin that caused their death.

Macro evolution is the major change of one species to another. However, it happens EXTREMELY gradually. If you want proof for evolution, i said a couple of example. As for the vestigial leg muscles in whales: I'll admit, I had to research. I haven't had to do that in a while. Congrats. What I found out: these so called "leg muscles" actually have nothing to do with legs. They are muscles used to anchor the reproductive organs.

And also why are they mammals when most other fish arent? And with the complexity, as far as i understand, they started off basic and, through evolution, they became more and more complicated. Let me just point out the God did NOT make the law because we could follow it. He made it to show we couldn't in ANY way reach the same standards that He rules by. Jesus makes that clear when he preaches the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5-7. According to Jesus, the only way to be right with God is to be in perfect before him, which, without Jesus, is impossible for us rebels. Jesus offers the only way to having peace and receiving forgiveness and grace from God. He is our Saviour.

I really liked the song "Loose Yourself" by Emeneim but I don't like to listen to secular rap. When I found this I was estatic! It's got the beat and the lyrics! AWESOME!

The only difference is its worse than the original. Eminem is so much better. This song shows the mentality behind religion: fear. Your in it for the rewards: heaven. Ask yourself: is there any actual proof that God exists and its your god? Or just empty promises?

Trust me i tried. I turned atheist recently. Im in a christian family, going to a christian school, altar serving regularly at a church. I tried when it came to Christianity. I tried to hang on to this "God stuff" a lot. Why do you assume i sin just because Im not christian. I probably live just like you. You also revealed the only reason you believe. Eternal life. Your in it for the rewards. Your so scared of hell and/or nonexistence your willing to overlook the evidence/facts.

i'm not scared of hell because God will get me through it. i fear God in a way that i respect His might power. and i beleive He has the power to touch your heart. and i can't really xplain in words how God has changed my heart but its just such a gud feeling insinde of me that im doing right. and i do wat i do to show love to my heavenly father. and i love you and pray for u continuingly. reply if thats wat u want . but more importantly, listen to what im putting down.

Ive heard this all before. You are showing it again. You arent scared of hell because God will get you through it... So the main reason you believe in God is to help you get into the Jesus Club (Heaven). Other than that god has not changed your life much other than your Sunday schedule and maybe praying before meals and such. Other than that, your life is exactly the same. Also, ask yourself this, is there any proof of God. No.

i believe uin God because He made me and I bless Him everyday for breathing life into me. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says We (Christians) live by faith, not by sight. Science can prove anything right or wrong. proof of God is me and how i act and my love to Him. and no, this isn't bragging. He's completely changed how i act. I don't swear anymore and I'm adjusting my life to where i no longer lie and lust. it's hard, but it's all to glorify God. The reason i glorify Him is because i love Him

But you realize you have put up no proof. Youve just said it. You believe on faith alone. The only problem with that is that theres no proof and thus no reason to believe. And no you dont love him. No christian loves god. Why? Because God does not speak back. Christians ask god to improve their lives and then they attribute all of their success to God but they never mention their failures.And btw. You can never not lust.Its a natural instinct. You can decide not to act on lust.but you will lust.

Spirit through bible, prayer, church, and circumstances. In times past, God spoke throught, dreams, visions, burning bushes, and many diff. ways. Then in the gospels He spoke through Jesus. Frm Acts 2 till now God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit in us!

Youve just said it. God doesnt speak directly to us anymore. Why is that? Bible: not proven to be written by God. Prayer: god does not speak back. Church: the priest speaks. Circumstances: this claim is just bs. How does he speak through circumstances? Explain that to me. Keep in mind i used to be a christian. ive done all of this. Ive truly tried to talk to God.

o.k. proof is the world. God, our creator, placed Earth in just the right place so humans and plantlife and such could survive. God, our creator, made everything so that we could survive. you'll probly say that we just happened to end up in this place in this universe with our unique atmosphere and water cycle. God put us here so we could survive. it's not just luck or watever, it's God grace that put us here. there, proof!

Thats not proof. There is a different explanation (which makes scientific sense) of how the earth was created. Plus if God made this world, he didnt impress me. I mean, why do animals have to kill for food? Why are the limited resources, why do humans have no physical advantage over most animals? Why is there disease? Etc.

why? so you can throw it in the dirt, make some1 feel bad, and go on living, or dying, in Sin? fine. but first i wudn't suggest questioning God. I mean, He's the Creator. everything that God does glorifies Him. No i wanted to know to see if it could be explained in another way. If prayer worked, sick children wouldnt die. Diseased moms wouldnt die. Etc. Shouldnt God attend to dying children before giving you the courage not to worry all the time. Thats your problem tho. You dont question God. its not desperation it just hurts me to speak on the subject. it takes alot of energy and prayer and ill continue to do it. trust me on this,i kno frm experience it is so much easier to prove something wrong than to accept it and live in it. i've made the hard decision. make the decision to receive eternal life and truly know the Our Father, God. u kno in your heart Christ came down and saved us and you kno u need Him. i beg you to pray about it. do yourself a favor.

Your joking right. Its easier to not believe? I used to be Christian. I remember when i was starting to turn to atheist i was trying to cling to my beliefs cuz i was afraid of the alternative. Whats easier: believing that you will be reunited with your family and live forever in bliss after death, or accepting that you will die and you will be dead? Its not a comforting alternative. But ive learnt to accept it. I dont want comfort, i want the truth.

No evidence was the downfall of my christian life. Again youre not saying any proof. Proof is important because if theres no proof for it, it probably doesnt exist. I cant trust you when you say you feel hes real because,
1) You could be lying
2) You could be mentally unstable
3) You could just be feeling other feelings that you attribute to God (likely)
4) Or you cant take the idea of no hell and all of that because you were raised christian (also likely).

man, i used to think about stuff like that. wat if the Bible is all a lie. Then i accepted Christ as my saviour and the Holy Spirit came inside of me and all that doubt left. i read and praise and pray to God everyday man. miracles? my niece wasn't supposed to make it. she was born way prematurely and had to stay in the hospital for like half a year after birth. she made and she didn't even have health problems! God was trying to tell me that miracles are possible! praying 4 u.

Ok so your saying you just accepted it. Ok.. not very helpful. Ok your niece wasnt supposed to make it. And she did. Ok. So the unlikely happened. She wasnt SUPPOSED to. But there was a small chance. Plus if God was willing to help your daughter, why not help the children in Africa, starving, or kids with cancer, or the people in 9/11? Why?

I dont care how brainwashed you are that you dont question. Im asking you. Why would he kill two thousand people just so the people around them will be a tiny bit more used to violence? And he impacts more people in a negative way. Imagine losing your dad when your small. Imagine your mom. Maybe your sister. Well guess what. Two thousand people were lost that day, which traumatized countless others. Good job God.

Like what. That jesus would come? Well its easy to make up someone to fulfill a prophecy that you made up. Anyway, if prayer had power, many innocent people wouldnt die. What about the mother who's baby is dying? What about 9/11 wiping out thousands of children parentless? What is it "God's Will"? alrite, God's given me the strength and courage to continue this. The reason people pray to Him is so they can build a relationship with our Father. yes, Jesus coming was a prophecy that was fulfilled. Also, the hate against Israel is in Revelation. And btw God giving up his son so that we may live eternally, that was prophecied in Old Testament as well! wanna look it up. Genesis 22:8. God provided the offering for our sins. so ask for forgiveness and repent with me brother.

Well guess what. Its easy to create a character (Jesus) that fits YOUR prophecy. Its not that hard. And jesus is just a way to say join our religion or die because since he is the only way you can repent, and everyone sins at least once and even if you lived a perfect life, there is still original sin. So your only option is to repent to Jesus. No i will not ask for forgiveness because i have done nothing wrong. And i still dont see any evidence in God.

Creationism research centers exist and have websites that have facts proving that God exists. Reasons that Jesus resurrected: If robbers had taken his body they would have displayed it. Pharisees would not have tried everything to cover up the fact he was missing. If the disciple stole the body, then why did they make a life commitment. The early church was praising God that he had risen, not sulking about their faith being a sham. God lets things happen in his will, and uses bad for good.

Im pretty sure it was at the age of 33 but anyway if you are not going to bring any evidence or reason to the table and your going to keep just telling me "please be christian" than please dont comment. In the end, its all about reason and evidence because evidence is reality. I was christian and tried a "relationship". Didnt work.
