  • I use these streches most days! xxxxx

  • the back of my legs are really tight if they weren't i'd be flexible, but i can't get them to stretch what should i do p.s. pleeease reply i need it for dance

  • @wonderwoman1027 In order to get the back of the leg fully stretched you need to:

Flex your foot back and completely stretch your calve 1st.

  • hey there, im trying to get flexible and its really hard for me cause im far from being naturally flexible. whenever im doing a straddle stretch my hips hurt a lotttt even if im not stretching very far. is there anything i can do to stop my hips from hurting so i can get more flexible?

  • @MsCuteepie14

When doing straddle stretch- make sure your knees are pointing straight up to the ceiling and the feet are in line with the leg and be sitting right on top of your sitting bones- if the body is in alignment that should help. If you feel the pain kind of pain- stop and continuing doing other stretches that don't cause you discomfort and work around it for a while to open up the connected muscles.

    Hope that helps!

  • @StaceyNemour ok thank youu ! i will try , thanks for your help :)

  • @lido160

Just keep stretching ad practicing regularly. If you don't know how, I suggest you get my DVD'S to guide you through every stretch you need to do.

    Good Luck!

  • My god, you're intelligent, super flexible, a martial artist, and a beautiful woman with the most beautiful large eyes I've ever seen......Is this possible or am I dreaming???

  • Well, everything is connected. You would benefit

doing a daily simple stretching routine that would

include-- stretches for the arms, waist, back , hips and lower body. My least Flexible People DVD would be a great place for you to start, that will get you up and running. Or a DVD or lesson that is similar to that.

  • Hi, I really love your DVD but I have a question. How long should I hold each stretch?

  • Hold the stretch and keep breathing and sinking into it. If it hurts and feels

super tight only hold it for a for short time 5-10 seconds but, then switch to the other side

or come up out of the stretch for a few second then go right back in do this over and over,

each time it will give a little bit more. On the other hand, if the stretch is feeling from bearable to good, stay in there keep using the breathing and allow the muscle to release again & again, it comes in waves.

  • It actually is working for me. Thanks! I have another question. What kind of kung fu do you have a black belt in?

Sorry for not asking it clearly last time

  • Glad it helped! Most of my training has been in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. But, I have been fortunate to train with great Masters of various styles. There is truth and benefit from many styles of martial arts.

  • I find myself getting frustrated and unable to maintain a healthy flexibility. My posture suffers, and I can barely turn to see behind me when driving. What kind of things can I do to increase the ease of rotation of my mid-section and neck?
