I just bend gauge 14 copper wire. this is common solid house wiring. A little hammering and shaping. Might have a tutorial on my website.

Thanks! lol ! I think its pretty strong, I used super glue. But you never know. I just leave it sitting on my desk. I can hold it upside down just fine but if I dropped it I would imagine I would get a stick and glass mess!!
