What program did you use for this? It almost looks like a young version of Field Artist.

The program is DrillQuest Pro... and yes, it's a very old program. Not a lot of bells and whistles but it has functioned well for me.
The program was originally called Quickstep. For me it was the easiest switch over from Advantage Showare for Mac which is what I used in the early 90's.
Both programs haven't been updated since the mid to late 90's and neither are available anymore for purchase.
Because of Print and Layout limitations of DQ pro, I am considering switching to Pyware.
