Very helpful exercises for clearing the etheric system, I have been learning some of these slightly differently, but no work on the body/mind/spirit is wasted, so it was good to try both methods. Thank you for the visual run through of how to do some of the more difficult ones.

@TheCommonID Another christian fanatic who dont see the connection between all religions... God is in every religion and energy is given to us by God, so why to deny it or even call it Sataninc... Do you know that Christians use hand sign by prayers too? Even Jesus used hand signs, and im sure by his miracles he used internal energy... Its all connected when you open your eyes...

@Hurikann First off, im not christian, i dont worship any "gods" or follow any organized religions, I just pointed out how the same signs in this video are used in satanic rituals, but by different names people come to different conclusions about them.
