theres different ways to complete this, at the end, instead of clipping the cord for the cage, you could hit the switch, and instead of pointing the lights to the solar panle, you could of put the jet pack on the cage and it would cover herbert.

i grabbed the Jet Pack Guy's jet pack at the part where im supposed to shine more light on the thing. he said "I'm not sure what you're going to do with my jet pack."
