Being the major fan of anime and video games, guy or not, I've built up an immunity to nudity (or near nudity), as I'm sure many hardcore anime/game fans will tell you. After a while, the nudity is lost in the plot, unless the nudity IS the plot (ie Queen's Blade or some such), in which case it's hard to actually ignore.

A true fan of anime/games (personal opinion) can watch an anime nude scene without giggling like a fool.
