Yeah it's a fun game. I think this is the only game where you can play as Banner, though one shot kills you, at least you can. However, best Hulk game has to be Ultimate Destruction.

It was the Hulk Stomp that made me get the game for Genesis. It was pretty fun back then

i beat this game like 100 times i borrowed it from a friend and he was telling me how tough the final boss battle was

and it was 1 punch.

I got it on the Genesis. It's pretty ok...though the thing which I didn't like about it was the sluggish controls...however wtcvidman, thanks for posting this...I fucking remember this commercial!
