It's a play on "P-Funk: We Want the Funk" That's why they say "forget the P-Funk, we got the Sea Funk". and it's why it's called "We GOT the funk" in response to Parliment Funkidelic asking for it. This episode is so classic. I am also very glad it cam to the U.S.!!!
