@9999faill Agreed, the skill required to get round turn 1 on the original track was immense though I don't think the Tetsuya crash counts, the new track is fairly safe.
This track absolutely NEEDS to be in GT5. I ran it in GTR2 before my old computer died ant its as epic as it looks. Its a shame that they abandoned it. also that GTR's engine sounds like the RB26's TRUE sound.
it was abandoned part of it is still there. ever wondered why its called fuji speedway but its a road course now? this is why it used to be a speedway.

They created a bank on the track when it was open,also looks more speedway.But that part of the track was closed in the 80's because of safety facts.

It was supposed to be an oval but they were only able to build one of the bankings.
What Tilke did to the circuit is just unforgivable.
