it is hamas that is deliberately targeting innocent civilians in israel (FOR EIGHT YEARS). the israelis are under constant rocket attack and unable to leave their shelters.
israel is not bombing civlians, most of the dead in gaza are hamas fighters.

if hamas stops firing rockets at israeli cities israel won't be retaliating.
