I'm an English teacher (and science teacher) and I say the English sounds very good. Nina is right that you need a short "I" sound for the word "live" in this case. You can tell because you need a verb to go along with love laugh and be happy, not an adjective.

One tiny pronunciation suggestion, the word "Live" in "Live, love laugh and be happy" is pronounced with a short i not a long I. There is another English word that is Live with a long i but in the context of this song, it is a short i. It's the same pronunciation of "live" that you would find in the sentence, "I live in Spain."
