Hey thanks! Glad you like it. The track is a Cornelius remix of Mixed Bizness by Beck. I think it was only available on a mail order limited CD back in the day.
I see what you mean. I'm a big Chris Morris fan obviously but this was made before I'd heard the Blue Jam radio series. We did mess with the Voice Over's audio a little to make it sound a bit odd.
I'm not sure they remember it exists to be honest, it was quite a low key shoot and Edgar wasn't involved. Also as far as I know I have the only remaining Dig-beta copy.
We shot it after the first run on Channel 4 of season 1, but before Paramount Comedy's airing which I think puts it at around 2000. Such a long time ago I can't really remember but I think that's about right.
For low budget that was fantastic, Pegg and Hynes really need to work more together! I'm utterly jelous you got to work with them! Brilliant 5/5! Never seen this before.
yeah, boi!

Bah! No involement from Edgar?! I hope he had a pretty good excluse, the slacker. :)
This is great, though. Was the other one of Tim?
PrincessAmy777 2 years ago
Thanks.
Yeah it was Tim doing the opening interview from Blade Runner with Daisy constantly interrupting.
Tim: "My Mother? Let me tell you about my Mother"
FX: Gunshot.
Daisy: "Don't you get on with your Mum then?"
It was pretty funny but lost in the Paramount tape library, possibly erased.

Dang, that's a shame. It sounds really funny.
That bit there made me laugh for a while. I could just imagine it.

spoted the "basic instinct" reference.

You're the only person to mention it so far. Nice spotting! I'm still trying to track down the "Blade Runner" version.

Pretty obvious though... ;)

When she fell out of the chair, I laughed so hard I blew a minor snot rocket. Granted I have a cold. (yes, i know it's gross)

Ah the good old snot rocket. What higher acclaim is there?
I'd rather that than an Oscar any day!
Glad ya like it. Hope you feel better soon.

I love this clip, the biggest problem was not getting distracted by Simon dancing in the background...lol

Thanks. There's another version based on the "Leon" interview from Blade Runner. Haven't been able to track it down unfortunately.

Sorry, did you say you shot this with them.
When?
