hey jaw, i dont get which fingers to use for the part on 1:16-1:19 so that i can play it nice and fast. like i know the note, and which string, but the fingering confuses me

@BaileyPooMonster Yeah, that bit is probably the trickiest part of the song, fingerwise. The way I play it might not be best for you - try different approaches, experiment, and see what works for you (interestingly, the finger numbers I use is the same as the fret numbers).

There is a lot of negativity in the world, especially online where it's so easy to be, erm, "faceless". It's hard to get over it at first, ignoring the negativity. But I think it is a valuable skill to learn - there is no need to be too sensitive. Just the different use/interpretation of the same language across the world cause wars...

@danilobmm That one was straight from the web cam video and audio; I probably stripped the audio, ran it through an EQ filter in (insert your favourite audio program here) to tweak the usually awful EQ a webcam mic has, and then put the audio back with the video. Was a long time ago I did that one - these days all audio is either direct plugged into guitar pickup or via a good quality condenser mic!

@TheDustBunnii You don't need to use a capo, play it in the open position. All a capo does is change the key - a higher pitch - but there is no reason at all you can't play it without a capo. You will notice the tab shows open position anyway (when you capo, it is just moving the reference point.)

This is a good starting song for fingerstyle, it's hard, but not too hard :)

Want to try something different - come together. Tricky stuff though. If you want to try something more Naudo-like, losing my religion.

Once you've got HCTSun sorted, you can take your pick from my list - they are all "hard", but they are all achievable :)

@thebassmonster0100 Ha ha, glad you liked it. Yep, fingerstyle is tricky stuff. Patience, persistence and plenty more frustration; but if you want it, you've got to put the hours in! Don't give up, a bit of fingertsyle is great to have in your guitar bag of tricks.
