This is just silly. I just got a 630 used and i have not been able to make it work. My cricut works great. If the cricut was larger I would give up. Will try working with support again Friday.

What about the guys from 8 months ago? Did you ever get yours working?

please help i have one of these and cnt get it to work...i am on windows 7 and the machine did work from the last owner i saw it...i have a sign progrm.. the plotter just says connect usb cable..al the time..and the laptop dnt recognise it.....do these only work on xp?...its as 2007 model..the laptop trys to get driver but cnt..even off the net..please help

I am having a hard time as well.

The vinyl sticks when rolling and also the depth of the knife.

I have change the depth and pressure but keep cutting through the paper.

i think that the value for cuttin thru is .38 if u dn't want it to go thru put a smaller number
