  • There's a huge difference you 'Canadians'.

This is made with Mozzarella slices.

Poutine is made with White Cheddar Cheese Curds.

And as a Canadian heading down to New Jersey, I'm excited to try the Disco Fries.

  • Lol Yes its a true Jersey Land mark.

  • Tick Tock is meh food. They are so many better diners in NJ, including Tops Diner in East Newark.

  • no one gives a shit about poutine, this is fucking america so its fucking disco fries go drown that shit in maple syrup.

  • We do chips cheese & gravy in Ireland & guess wat we call it.. Chips Cheese & gravy!!!

people build a bridge & get over it....

  • except Poutine is cheese curds... LONG LIVE POUTINE a CANADIAN CREATION! <3

  • @RebeccaM17 Then its not Poutine if it doesn't have cheese curds...

  • all these food looks delicious however that explains so much about why american have high levels of heart attack and most of them look so fat.

  • In Jersey where half of our people are still stuck in the 70's ( check the hair) we call them disco fries. It's how we "hustle" (not roll) :)

  • Gravy + cheese + fries = Poutine

  • it makes me canadian heart so happy to see all the rants 'these aren't DISCO FRIES, it's POUTINE!' and really, it is...cheese curds on fries, then smothered in gravy...so delicious, it's best when you get curds so fresh they squeak and gravy thick enough to mortar bricks with it, all topping some kick ass hand-cut steak fries from PEI Cavendish potatoes :D only way to go

  • Did anybody else search diners drive ins and dives poutine?

  • @8kcht3 yeah I did when I drove from vegas to new york

  • So, where do I get the best Poutine?

  • HEY! At least the americans were able to coin SOMETHING better than the asians.

  • C'est une poutine? lol

  • you little priks changned the name of poutine in the states

  • gravy cheese and fries does NOT equal disco fries ..... its a POUTINE. Silly people.

  • Well, I'm not crazy about their food, but the burgers are good.

  • @beckstir

That's not poutine...poutine is done with curd. Disco fries are done with either mozzarella or American cheese.
