Wow your beliefs are surprisingly similar to mine. I don't think all religions evolve with the same trend patterns though. There is nothing to stop Islam from going forever in it's current direction if it is inclined.
Usually I would say society needs to adapt to the culture, but Islam is the exception to this rule, I think the muslim people need to adapt to the society at large, as does the Chinese government. I'm for freedom and Islam has a tendency to lean towards fascism....

It might be good to look at all religions as a "living entity" since they are made up of "individual beliefs." One Christian might accept evolution, another may not.
No Christian believes that the sun revolves around the earth any longer, as ALL believed until the 15th century..
These individual beliefs changed over time, as people became educated.
Science has destroyed many Christian beliefs over the centuries, but the present Christians are not aware of them, or discount them.

To answer your question, the Muslim religion started about 650 CE, so they are about 600 years behind Christianity.
Since the Christian Reformation began in the mid-1500s, Muslims should see a reformation about 2150 CE.
When stoning and public executions should go out of fashion, as happened to Christianity.

Some are quite wealthy, though the wealth is not being spread around properly.

Quran is still in its original form with more than 9 million people who have completely memorized the holy quran. Bible is no more in its orginal form and has many fabrications and changes made by human. Bible was for people at that time. Quran is for entire humanity.

The only thing I can make up from this video is that the many people I see around here in my country seem to be practicing a completely different religion than what is depicted here. So it appears it is not the Islam in general we can blame, but just the local interpretation many Islamic people seem to have in Europe. All holy books contradict themselves on some subjects, the interpretation of those makes a hell of a difference.

You presume wrong. European Christian-Orthodox with knowledge in theology of many religions and history of religions. My country has more than 1900 years old Christian-Orthodox religion history and very deep historic contact (over 800 years) with Muslim Empire, and that gives me the knowledge to be more deep than "from-your-belly-analysis". So telling me about Muslims and Islam is like teaching how great and nice is communism to a Chinese dissident that stayed 20 years in prison because of it.

Listen, and listen good. The quran also says that whoever tells he's the son of god, this person is fake. Jesus told he was god's son, he even said that he and god were one and the same. So you muslims see jesus as a prophet allthough he's lying ? Get your facts together. Jesus didnt say that he was the son of god. That was made up later, after he was gone from this world by his 'followers'. In the beginning there was also one bible. Today there are many versions of the bible. But there is only one of the Quran.
