  • you're such a nice girl...i think i'm eating meat only because of the taste and that is embarassing for me because i love animals.but i can't really say that while eating meat,do i.if eating meat wouldn't distroy our planet and wouldn't contribute to the toruture of the animals i wouldn't really feel remorse because i'm eating it...

  • if meat makes you fat, then i'm doing something wrong, i eat meat at least 3 times a day and i'm borderline underweight, i love bacon sausages eggs, hardly ever do real vigorous excercise, and yet i still have a BMI of just over 19... dafuq

  • Everyone told me that the nutrients came with the vegetables and fruits. I'm 45 this year and I have lived all my life believing that it was true. Six years ago I got this application that dieting proffessionals used to calculate healthy food for schools and homes for elderly people.

Now I know that everthing we need comes in the package of an animal that has been eating it's natural food. Real proteins, D, B-12, selen, Omega-3..yes everything from the herbs eaten. The liver is loaded with C!

  • For now the vegetables and fruits are healthy but when someone starts to do it for the money, this may change. See what happened to the meat. ;)

  • If someone isn't going to be vegan/vegetarian. You should do it naturally and eat grass fed, or hunt the animal yourself. That's what i ended up doing because it's better for circulation to your eyes and liver (i have issues with light sensitivity and headaches). Nobody has the right to treat animals inhumanely. And it's not okay to support cruelty. We should all be aware of where you spend your money, and what kind of impact you are having on the world. Also, this girl is incredibly idiotic!

  • Waste of time your speech.Dislike.

  • And you do explane this like your talking to little kids, but that is exactly how you should represent it to people. cuz they are stupid, uneducated and shallow.

  • congrats, girl . I wish everyone can see your videos, it should be played on popular TV stations every day!! Nobody knows what slaughter does to the world or to animals or to them. I am very proud of people that are vegan/vegetarian... You rock. Continue making vids like this, i hope you get more attention!

  • @TheStacy93 What it does to the world? It can cause animal suffering yes(which I don't condone) but as far as pollution it does no where near as much as producing energy.

I guess you should stop using electricity and go back to candles as the burning of fossil fuels is the main cause of global warming. Which in the future may make the world an extreme place with possible extinctions if we do nothing about it.

  • The question remains...who are you to say what I can or can't eat?

  • Its just a matter of time to get back to respecting nature. Or maybe humans will just die out if they dont realise how they are affecting themselves as well. Its the nature of human to be lazy, so people shut down and dont want to hear that they have to think critically about the way they live now. Afraid of change and unknown. I havent heard meaningful argument about continuing doing what were doing.

  • @talldudegrad12 That its so deeply rooted in our culture and traditions is half the damn problem. And none of the major religions mandates eating meat. It's the most unnecessary thing on the planet, it's even unhealthy compared to vegan.

PS: How can you call yourself vegetarian if you dont oppose the actual meatindusrty and the process behind it. Unless you're not a vegatarian for ethnical reasons, you sir are a hypocrite..

  • @GreenGuyofSweden That doesn't make sense. You can't call me a hypocrite just because I don't think eating meat is wrong. I am a vegetarian and I've been a pretty damn good one for 2 years now.

  • Eating meat isn't bad. Plain and simple. It's apart of us it's in our DNA our culture, our traditions, and even our religions. It is not bad I don't know what else to tell you. I will say that the way they treat animals is bad and I think quicker more painless methods of killing should be used. But it's not bad.... PS: i'm vegetarian

  • @talldudegrad12 But say why its not bad. Its still killing. Im not against doing this for survival, animals eat other animals too, but they do it from hunger...I havent seen lion caging the anthilopas for later, so he had the comfort whilst taking their freedom. If you say why its not bad to kill animals like humans do now, ill understand your point.

  • @TheButtonNose We are on top of the food chain. It's not bad, you may not like it but we have a right as a species that has evolved to take from the land.

  • @talldudegrad12 Theres too many humans to feed on earth if we continue doing what we are doing (its obvious from the crisis everywhere u look). I think human thinks more of himself than he is. We need lots to learn yet and shouldnt stop thinking just because we are "superior" over everything. Btw...its not about what i like...its about our future

  • @TheButtonNose Define everywhere? We will run out of space before we run out of food at the rate we're going.

  • @talldudegrad12 I meant everywhere as in everywhere. You point out a place and there are food issues: too much of cruelty and poisons to make lots of food for developed world (and loads to be wasted) and starvation in developing places. Now im not saying lets force all to be vegan, but at least lets stop and think for a second. If we care we dont have to run out of anything.

  • @talldudegrad12 So there is a diference in the method you use to end the life of an animal? Please..Killing is killing. Of course it is better when you don't have to suffer and die quicker but who gave us the right to do so? There is no point in eating meat. It is bad and stupid also.

  • @AlexGraphicD1 Yes a major difference. Some chickens are electrocuted, then dipped in boiling hot water (while still alive) to remove their feathers, and then after that while some are still alive they begin to section off the meet...... While others are shot in the head and die instantly. Which would you prefer? You may think we don't have the right to eat animals. But as a human being (and being christian lets me have that right) I can eat anything of this world. Fish, vegetables, chicken etc

  • Shes talking about factory farms...not real farms where the cows are out in the open air and fed grass??

  • Youre a dumb bitch

  • Thanks for posting this girl! Your very brave. I am vegan and have no problem eating everything but not gaining a pound ;) I will like your video brave one!

  • visit meat.org if you eat meat. you should have to see this in order to make an educated descision on wether to eat meat or not, if you eat meat, you are supporting animal abuse

  • @DazedAndConfused61 "if you eat meat, you are supporting animal abuse"

Only if you support factory farming, which people have a choice NOT to support.

    I only buy organic, hormone-free, grass-fed beef... free-range chicken/pork, free-range eggs, etc.

The choice is there (for most of us, anyway - some locations may not have free-range/grass-fed available), it's just most people don't even KNOW about the choice.

  • Ohhh!! you have to left the meat because you are a fat girl!!

I am vegan and i have a good body, not fat face.

    Stop talking idiots.

    hugs

  • You used the incorrect you're, I'll stick to my vegetarian diet, thank you!

  • disgustosa bigotta ignorante gallina

  • its all speculation and not science. Only a contest can settle the issue. which diet cures diabetes type two without weight loss. what diet is an all you can eat diet. what diet ? what diet really increases life span by eliminating all food diseases? only one diet can do that.

  • @datzfast

LCHF is good for Diabetes II...

That doesn't mean veganism/vegetarianism is not healthy for people who don't have diabetes.

BTW, I think you mean "control" diabetes and not "cure".

  • @Malola Anime no, i mean no longer meets the definition of type two.without treatment, no other word is appropriate ,a cure.

  • @datzfast its not all fruit diet is not vegan its not vegetarian, you have to simply google the diabetes cure diet. look at the scientific study, adopt the diet. its fool proof.

  • @datzfast

I'm going to assume this one is for me... =P Sorry, if not.

LCHF cannot possibly be vegetarian (well, I guess you can try to match it around, but since it relies a lot on animal products' fat, it seems quite hard to be veggie while LCHF)...

And, I don't have Diabetes, so I'll stick to my vegetarian diet... though, it does sound like a good option for people with some metabolic disorders (not just Diabetes)...

  • @datzfast

    Sure, you can regulate...

However if you take away the diet, wouldn't it go up sky high again??

  • fuck you bitch!

  • @PeLu15sa

    You first...

  • do you work at a meat factory or something? shut the hell up

  • @DazedAndConfused61 You need to watch the rest of the video, I think.

  • shut up, get back in the kitchen and cook my fucking dinner. then get on your knees cause my dick won't suck itself

  • @chrismd1981 that mad eme laugh! thank you

  • @chrismd1981

Pfft... It probably it's like 2cms...

  • @HumaneHominid Nah... There's not a lot of bugs around, during winter.

  • @oellison 7th:Did I say that meat is the best source of protein? No!I said that bugs are the best source of protein...And I wouldn't mind eating them(grilled, naturally)if they were easely accessable(commun grocery store)and innexpensive.

  • @Poodleinacan There are plenty of free bugs all around you all the time. There are probably some in your cupboard or pantry right now. Get to foragin'!

  • @oellison 1st:I am in college since 3 years.2nd:My native language isn't english, and I am on my Ipod touch.3rd:I live in Canada.4th:Am I angry?...No!5th:I don't eat from McDonalds...I like Harvey's better.6th:Try not taking pills or vitamin additives in your food to complete your alimentation. That way,you will assume your alimentation of not eating meat products and the consequences of it.

  • Hey everyone if you have a twitter, please on the weekend of February 11th to 12th, tweet "#AnimalsJustWantFreedomSoGoVegetarian". I know veganism is the true way forward but people will accept vegetarianism more and so it's most likely to be more effective. One step at a time if necessary.

My twitter is @deanmullen12 if your tweeting it on that weekend plz contact me so I can RT ur tweets on it and u cud RT mine, exc. so together we can trend this and many can see our message :) plz share this

  • What is this food chain anyway - something we made up to make ourselves feel superior and mighty. Cruelty is wrong. Killing something to survive is one thing but to make it live the life of misery and suffering just so you can have a chicken curry is unnecessary.

  • We are on thre top of the foot chain . i you where under my chain .. i wouldnt say suck my dick . only cause i am stronger . but you would have to do it .. cuase i could cut off your throught :) but hey .. iam vegetarier :D would do that . but dont mess with my animals . adn think about ... you power . and the one who havent much power . thx
  • @HighThrowLove

    WOULDNT do that ! xD

  • Hold on! You're telling me that vegetables are not packed with ''growth hormones'' or something of the like? Pfff, I'd bet vegetable farmers are even worse. But then again, if there's 'bio' carrots, there's 'bio' beef. Let's not fall into hypocrisy.

  • @1ronMat

    O_O

    How about organic veggies?

Sure, you can buy "good meat"; but it comes to the point that everyone should check the sources and honestly I think very few people do it.

  • @MalolaAnime Exactly, it's the same thing. If there's to be a debate, it should be honest from the start.

  • dear meat eaters, why the fuck are you wasting your time with coming to this video and leaving hateful, ignorant, and narrow-minded comments? get a life!

  • You had me until you started talking about swine flue and bird flue. The fact is that these illnesses so far transmit from the animal to a human only through a close contact with the animal. Meaning people who LIVE in extremely close contact (the animal lives in the same house, can move and get where ever you sleep and eat)This is where people get infected. So obviously, the danger comes from animals that live in very good "animal conditions" with free movement, no antibiotics or hormones atc.

  • also, question for the meat eaters: why the fuck do you watch these videos if you really don't care? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  • animals eat meat haha animals eat each other and part take in cannablism. So if we are just like animals thats what we should be doing haha. Eating meat in excess is bad not eating meat all together. I think we should change the rules and laws, regulations and change how animals are treated before they are turned into meat, not tell everyone to stop eating meat all together because that is unrealistic.

  • @kinkykarabearluv the difference between animals eating each other and humans eating meat

    goes like this

    A) the Animals do their own work and killing

    B) You BUY your pre-killed dismembered corpses

    C) Animals use what they have to kill

    D) You use your wallet to buy something to kill

  • @LatinoHeatMexico im making a point on her comment on how we are animals. There is nothing wrong with eating meat in moderation you cannot realistically ask everyone in the world to stop eating meat but we can change the treatment of animals by stop buying meat full of steriods and buy free ranged meat. As humans we used to hunt and kill our meat and not everyone buys their meat some people live on farms and live off of what the raise

  • @kinkykarabearluv That maybe so, but at some point, "free range" or not. Our diet, culture, and traditions will require serious thinking. Our earth is fragile, mass animal farming does more harm than good. We're not in that position right now where the World needs to make drastic changes because of preventable environmental and health damages yet. But there is No harm in raising awareness.

  • @LatinoHeatMexico you are right there is no harm in raising awareness i just disagree how this person does it Realistically some person is always going to eat meat and i do think people need education on a proper diet because if most people would limit how much they eat would mean less mass production im all for not eating meat, i just dislike this persons videos, this one being ok, and find it unrealistic for everyone to stop eating meat because it could harm the eco system

  • @LatinoHeatMexico And your point?? I have money to buy anything I want. We have technology so we dont have to live like we are cavemen.

  • @lovebigboobs29 That's true--hey, I'm not trying to convince you or anything. I'm just saying--ultimately, it is your choice, you know? I can't do a thing about what YOU do, no matter how hard I try or comments I post.

I'm just saying, maybe it's hard for you to understand--the whole Vegan concept--but once you've seen reality, when you've witnessed the suffering and pain--you'll know why Meat is wrong.

Shocking, we have technology yet Meat is primitive and unnecessary.

  • @LatinoHeatMexico Its not unnecessary to me. Its part of my everyday life and meals. I have seen the videos and don't see meat as wrong because its not. It may be unnecessary to vegans but not to most of the human population. Not everyone wants a vegan diet.

  • @lovebigboobs29 If Vegans/Vegetarians can do without meat, Humans do NOT need it. Now then, and this is not a direct attack or anything, but your inability to satisfy your taste buds through other means is a QUALITY and not a characteristic. So it's not so much that you NEED it, it's more like you "WANT" it--you crave it. It doesn't mean that you need it. I hope you don't get offended, but meat is an addiction, similar to crackheads who think that they need crack.

  • @LatinoHeatMexico I don't care if they need it I choose to eat it and always will. Meat is not addictive at all so thats false. I choose to eat meat in my meals and I can buy as I choose and no its not an addiction its part of my meals just like you choose not to eat it.

  • @lovebigboobs29 So, you can quit any time you want? Like no one's ever heard that from an addict before....

  • @HumaneHominid

Totally... There's a level of addiction in certain products that we like...

    Even if it's just psychological.

  • @MalolaAnime There's no addiction to any food.

  • @lovebigboobs29

'Cus there are no "addictive components"?

But, internet is addictive (among others like gambling), isn't it? And you don't have to ingest/consume it (like cocaine or alcohol)... It's sort of about impulse, but...

That's why I mentioned a "psychological" factor... and the "certain" products (mainly I meant caffeine and sugar).

  • @MalolaAnime Internet is not addictive nor is gambling unless you are weak. I have gambled and can control it. I spent what I sat out to spend. Caffeine can cause headaches if you go without "yes". But sugar is not addictive and neither is meat. I have no desire to go without meat for 30 days or any days. Its part of my diet and meals. I am not vegan nor want to be at all. Its not addiction its called food. Veggies are sides to me.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Please read this report before making such claiming: "Evidence for sugar addiction: Behavioral and neurochemical effects of intermittent, excessive sugar intake."

Indeed, there is still a lot of debate (scientist can't completely agree) but before you make up your mind google sugar addiction and read a little bit more on the subject.

"Sugar is noteworthy as a substance that releases opioids and dopamine and thus might be expected to have addictive potential." = And, I quote...

  • @MalolaAnime I don't have to read to know its non addictive. Its common sense.

  • @lovebigboobs29

You just proved how blind you are.

This is not my opinion is a report that has factual evidence.

The researchers did a thorough job and yet you disdain it just 'cus of your "common sense".

So far I have given you evidence for my position (quotes and links to reports) and you haven't been able to prove my points wrong though you disagree with them.

  • @MalolaAnime I can honestly say they and you are full of shit.I eat sugar some and then there are weeks I have none. It is not addictive or I would keep eating it and couldn't stop. Your ignorance is showing.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Sure, insult. I'm sure it makes you feel better about yourself.

Obviously you need to do this 'cus you have no evidence for what you say and you just don't want to own up your ignorance.

There are several studies about this, unlike just "one" of your ignorant opinion.

Yet, even with evidence, you have mention my ignorance.

Just google it. Google "sugar addiction" (though very discussed), if you dare that is.

When you man up and read a little bit send me a message to apologize.

  • @MalolaAnime I feel great about myself already so no I don't. There's plenty of evidence aside from vegan propaganda. Try google. The studies are vegan bullshit and aren't factual studies. I know its not addictive so I don't need to google bullshit research. I will not apologize because I am not wrong on the subject. Like I said if it was addictive I would be hooked considering I consume sugar every now and then but when I am without I am fine.

  • @lovebigboobs29

"I feel great about myself already so no I don't." = Really? Yet you needed to insult to make your "point".

Erm... The study I sent you was not made by vegans.

It's actually done by the department of Psychology of Princeton University.

    Better luck next time.

Sure, since you say so, then it must be true.

(Now that's factual evidence, or not?)

You're not going to Google because it'll prove you wrong and force you to man up.

So, yeah. I guess ignorance can be quite conforting.

  • @MalolaAnime No it won't prove me wrong. Sugar is not addictive. No research bullshit can prove otherwise.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Sure... That's why you don't read.

    'Cus you'll be proven wrong.

Just be ignorant... Be happy in your mediocrity.

  • @MalolaAnime I won't be proven anything. They are bullshit studies and prove nothing. I would know if something I consumed was addictive with my own body telling me. I know sugar is not. I eat it occasionally and when I don't eat it I don't crave it or gotta have it. You aren't too smart are you?? Can't you tell if you're addicted to something?? LOL or do you have to read some BS research to tell you :)

  • @lovebigboobs29

Do you know what Ad Hominem is?

Obviously you don't, so I'll explain. It's a type of fallacy.

It's when, in an argument, one attacks the person and not the argument or points given in order to discredit them. Just like you're doing with me.

It's link to the Halo effect. Google those two. FYI addicts don't know when they are addicted. That's why it's "denial". Duh! So, your premise is wrong.

  • @MalolaAnime No You are wrong in every aspect of your arguement. Nice try tho.

  • @lovebigboobs29

I once met a guy (very Christian and conservative) that stated that rock music was Satanic. He had never listen rock in his life yet he was sure it was satanic.

You call the research BS, yet you haven't read it? Really?

It seems like you need to discredit by insulting (Ad Hominem much?) -which I believe it makes you feel good about yourself but are afraid to be proven wrong.

That's why you don't read the "antithesis".

I insist keep you ignorance to yourself. Don't spread it.

  • @MalolaAnime Nice story lol but I am not afraid of anything. You're the ignorant one.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Thanks. I see you kept the Ad Hominem.

Low self steem, perhaps (obviously you need to put a façade)... or maybe just it's difficult sometimes to do some critical thinking.

Sure... You're not afraid of anything. I believe you... *rolls eyes*

But, since we are going round and round and round I really hope you read.

Not just Harry Potter (not that it doesn't have its merit) but something with a deeper meaning.

  • @MalolaAnime ROFL ROFL I have anything but low self esteem. Damn you are a funny person. I am not afraid of anything. Roll your eyes all you want hippie. I don't need bullshit studies from scientists pretending to get paid for something meaningful making up shit.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Sure... Keep your Ad Hominem all you want.

Even better considering that you have no evidence that confirms what you say... except of course your "wide knowledge"...

And you do put a façade...

My buddies are having a blast with you... lol

They're wandering how long can we keep this tango... lol

  • @MalolaAnime ROFL so your friends are as retarded as you. Can't face facts huh? So when you eat some sugar and go without you have withdrawals or gotta have it?? LOL No one does. When I go without sugar after have having it I don't Crave it or gotta have it. Thats addiction if you just gotta have it.

  • @lovebigboobs29

lol "Can't face the facts?" = You haven't given me not even one!!

Feel free to keep you opinion (not facts) while you don't get educated on the matter.

I particularly liked when you said that "Can't you tell if you're addicted to something??".

Obviously you lack info regarding dieting, how to debate and addictions.

But, I guess you have your own school on how to treat addictions.

Pfft... My friends are smart. They laugh at you with reason!! Who wouldn't?

  • @MalolaAnime Its not an opinion. I don't need fake education to know that sugar is not addictive. I know addiction and have seen addiction. Your friends are morons and are not smart. You guys must have shared the short bus growing up. But anyways live in your world of idiocracy.

  • @lovebigboobs29

"Can't you tell if you're addicted to something??" = Seriously?? You know about addiction?? Doesn't seem like it.

Ad Hominem won't give you knowledge, dude/dudette... Nor help you with your issues.

If you were as smart and "brave" as you seem to think of yourself you'd had the balls to recognise that you have no arguments and only use fallacies.

Which I still keep on proving. Like your last Ad Hominem reply. =P

Sure... The one that's right is the idiot. That makes sense!

  • @MalolaAnime Yes I do. My ex-stepfather was a drug addict and alcoholic. My aunt works in a rehabilitation clinic. I don't use fallacies I know the facts. You aren't right at all.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Seriously? Yet you made a comment like this = "Can't you tell if you're addicted to something??"

Did you ask your stepdad if he was an addict?

Perhaps he said "yes", perhaps "no". Truth is, when in denial ('cus he must have at some point) you ask addicts and they say something like "No. I can't control it." and whatnot.

And you claim you know about addiction. Living with one addictive doesn't make an expert. And that's a fact. Just go to ALANON and don't bother the rest of us.

  • @MalolaAnime He openly admitted he was. I don't need alanon he is an ex stepdad and I am 29 and didn't have to deal with him. Alanon is for pussies. If you get tired of the addict kick his ass out or knock him out. My aunt works in a rehab clinic with many addicts. Sugar isn't addictive. People dont go through withdrawals without it.

  • @lovebigboobs29

He openly admitted he was. = Erm... That's after one passes the denial stage. Duh!

"didn't have to deal with him" = Obviously, otherwise you wouldn't be making those comments. That your aunt work in Rehab that doesn't mean you understand anything regarding the topic. Or do you think that if you put your head next to her's you'll get understand it by osmosis???

    Pfft... Keep lying to yourself.

  • @MalolaAnime You are a total dumbass. Yes I do know the subject. Anyways I have better things to do then to talk to a dumbfuck who knows nothing about addiction.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Pfft... Is that why you haven't been able to prove anything of what you say??

"Can't you tell if you're addicted to something??" = Pfft, I know more of addiction than someone who makes a claim like the one I'm quoting.

Ask your aunt if that's the most ignorant thing she's heard and she def say "hell, yeah"... 'Cus well, you and your comments are quite ignorant.

That's why you insult. You're nothing but a coward how's afraid to be proven wrong. That's why you don't read...

  • @MalolaAnime OFL I won't be proven wrong. You know nothing about addiction. I am far from a coward. That was a nice laugh tho.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Well, while you're rolling like a pig, try not to crap your pants from laughing... That's not attractive though might think otherwise (since, you like to contradict me without evidence).

I didn't say "pee" 'cus I'm sure you had several "accidents"...

Right... I'm sure that statement of me not "proving you wrong" comes from the fact that I have no evidence for my statements... Oh, wait... I DO!!

HA! The joke's on you... lol

  • @lovebigboobs29

    OMG!!

    FAKE EDUCATION??

    You don't have any education!!

  • @MalolaAnime Keep thinking that. I am a college grad and have taken 3 nutrition courses.

  • @lovebigboobs29

    Right...

And that makes you an expert... Pfft...

    Yeah... You "keep thinking that"...

    I'm sure you'll break through...

  • @MalolaAnime You don't know anything apparently.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Says the guy/girl that think that addicts are not in denial...

Oh, yeah... And calls himself an expert...

  • @MalolaAnime I am a guy and I am not addicted to anything and yes have had sugar and am fine without cravings when I dont have it.

  • @lovebigboobs29

    No, you're a retard...

    But, you're the "expert"...

  • @MalolaAnime I am far from a retard.

  • @lovebigboobs29

    Yeah... Says the expert...

  • @MalolaAnime I am more of an expert then you. I have delt with people addicted to shit as well as having rellatives whom work with addiction daily.

  • @lovebigboobs29

ROFL! Huge difference between you and I: I would never EVER use my family's issues to win a dispute, unlike you. I have people in my close family who have dealt/are dealing with addictions and I have done volunteer for months in hotlines. Many times I listen to addicts.

I don't think that makes me an "expert", but surely it shows about compassion and not turning my back and blaming the person. By far I understand more about addiction than you do. Your comments are ignorant.

  • @MalolaAnime You understand 0 about addiction. Its a shame really that you think you know something in which you have no clue.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Pfft... Yeah... Says the guy that called "pussies" to people to go to ALANON, who thinks "denial" doesn't happen in addiction, who thinks gambling and internet can not become an addiction for some people...

    Yeah... You're the expert... Pfft...

I have a better idea than you about addiction, I've never said I'm an expert.

Learn how to read!! And, once again, keep your ignorance to yourself...

  • @MalolaAnime The only ignorance I see here is you. You know nothing about anything. You just ramble on about stuff you don't understand.

  • @lovebigboobs29 Just to comment on the sugar-addiction comments from a few days ago...

considerable new research is showing that sugar is, in-fact, addictive in SOME people, and stimulates opioid receptors in the brain much the same way as addictive drugs do.

For some people, they simply have sugar-cravings (often caused by over-abundance of insulin due to insulin-resistance) but for others, it can be a full-blown addiction.

    Sad, but scientifically true.

  • @LCHFinCanada LOL I don't believe its true. Science is flawed in this study.

  • @lovebigboobs29 can you explain how you think it's flawed? I've seen SEVERAL studies showing the same thing, and it makes complete physiological sense to me.

    What's your critique?

  • @LCHFinCanada

Pfft... Its arguments are "I don't believe it"...

It's like talking to Fathomless... lol

  • @AsdNationProductions

    lol

    That's what he/she is...

I even sent "Cousin It" several studies, but his claims are "I won't be proven wrong"... Even worse, that animal can't even give me evidence otherwise, aside that his unfounded opinions... D=

Damned!! HOW DO WE BEAT IGNORANCE??!!

  • @MalolaAnime Im sorry, you are wrong. Sugar hits the brain like a drug. If you raise glucose too rapidly over compensation of insulin will create hypoglyceamia which triggers cravings for fast releasing carbohydrates. if this keeps occuring over time, insulin resistance can occur which increases these cravings further. Sugar is a addictive.

  • @nutritioaltherapist

    Erm... That's what I said.

I was the one stating that sugar was addictive. =P

I even mentioned this dude/dudette that he/she should read "Evidence for sugar addiction: Behavioral and neurochemical effects of intermittent, excessive sugar intake."...

    O_O

But, no biggie... I'll pass on what you wrote to me. :D

  • @MalolaAnime sorry! I always reply to the wrong person! What dude/dudette probably fails to realise is that he/she will be consuming foods that rapidly raise blood glucose. This doesnt always mean sucrose (as you know doubt know) but includes refined carbs, starchy vegetables and fruit juice. i see this in clinic alot.

  • @nutritioaltherapist

    No biggie... :D

Erm... Can I steal some of your knowledge??

I personally don't eat that much sugar, but I've heard that juices from bottles are awful for your health. The ingredients don't seem to be that "unnatural" (in most of the ones I like), then what's the big deal? Do they have like hidden ingredients (there's one "stabilizer", though in Spanish "estabilizador" not sure if the translation is good) that would make my insides explote?

    (Cont)

  • @MalolaAnime the problem with pure fruit juice is that the fructose enters the bloodstream from the digestive tract at an abnormally fast rate. This is due to the removal of the plant fibres etc. Fructose in whole fruit is contained within the matrix of the plant matter, therefore seperation by digestive enzymes takes longer. releasing the fructose into the bloodstream at a much slower rate. Excessive fructose entering the bloodstream is associated with diabetes and cardiovascular risk

  • @MalolaAnime Cont... fructose and glucose are only a problem when they hit the bloodstream too quickly. Sucrose is particularly bad because it is fructose and glucose joined together. honey is just as bad along with most syrups. brown sugar..just as bad...fructose corn syrup (evil) ...I can see how these foods effect blood marker disease. Take them out of the diet (along with refined grains) and I see the markers drop within 3 to 4 weeks. Any other Qs please ask.

  • @nutritioaltherapist

    (Cont)

What is the sweet thing I should look for??

Like definitely not sugar, not high fructose corn syrup... So... Cinnamon?? Honey??

Brown sugar? Or just no sugar at all??

=P Sorry, for the free consult... but you seem to know what you are talking about. :D

  • @lovebigboobs29

So tell me, who might have a point here a bunch of researchers who have years of experience in the field or a person with a username "lovebigboobs" (sounds so chauvinistic) that has no evidence to sustain his/her point.

"The least common of the senses is the common sense" = Indeed. You might want to read some more so you won't make a fool out of yourself.

Just do the world a favor and keep your ignorance to yourself.

  • @HumaneHominid Well its food and not addictive. It tastes good so why not eat it? Are you a retard? Food is not a drug. Its healthy unlike the biased research bullshit you have read.

  • @lovebigboobs29 Prove it's not an addiction, I dare you. Don't eat any mat at all for 30 days. Should be easy if you're not hooked, right?

  • @LatinoHeatMexico

MEAT IS NECESSARY AND YOU'RE ANEMIC!!

    JK... Sorry... I had to.

I saw how you defended your position with zeal...

And, anything who has an idea of proteins knows that you can get the necessary amount from plants (Ahh... Lentils and soy... Veggies best friends. :D). But, you know how it is... Some idiots still say it's unhealthy (but, they don't think twice about heart disease and all the crap you can get from all the fat).

  • @MalolaAnime Meat doesn't cause heart disease unless you eat beef every fuckin day. Thats why you eat it twice a week and eat more chicken, turkey or fish. Also drain your ground beef and cook out most the grease. Apparently vegans don't know shit about diseases to think it comes from meat.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Sure, but there are some other diseases.

Which one do you think is more likely to get -for example- Mad Cow disease: a veggie or an omnivore?

Hmm... There was an experiment on TV to check who was healthier between a vegan, a ovolactean vegetarian, a omnivore, a meat-eater (four times a week) and carnivore (more than 20 pieces per week).

Only the three in the middle were "healthy"; but the vegetarian got a mention of honor since he had the highest score in HDL.

  • @lovebigboobs29 It's a horrible analogy, I actually don't like using it but it's the best example that I can come up with at this moment. It's nothing personal or anything--it's just my way of explaining things...remember, this is YouTube--a bunch of strangers communicating through anonymous profiles. If you think that torture, rape, mutilation, and dismemberment is not wrong--then by all means, that is your opinion. I'll keep distance (just joking).

  • @kinkykarabearluv I don't care how they are treated before slaughter I will continue eating meat. No one can tell me to stop eating meat I would laugh in their faces.

  • @lovebigboobs29 well duh no one should tell you what to eat, thats stupid. Some people will never stop eating meat and that is their choice. I care about animals and i make my choices. Forcing people not to eat meat is like forcing those who dont eat meat, to actually eat it

  • @kinkykarabearluv

Keep the good work, my friend.

Sadly this animal (too much of a word for it) is mentally challenge and doesn't understand simple thing... Like the difference between facts vs. opinion...

    It's sad, really...

  • @MalolaAnime Thank you, although i am not and probabley will never be a vagan irespect their choice to not eat meat they are doing what they think is right. I am studing vegan diet slash omnivore and actually how the body works. I dont think that being a vegan will work for everyone depending on how well the asorb nutrition but forthe people who can they cut down on factory farms same with vegitarians. Plus the eco system would be thrown off if we stopped all together.

  • @kinkykarabearluv

YOU EAT ANIMALS'??!!! THEN, YOU'LL BURN IN HELL!!

lol Sorry... I HAD to do it... Sometimes I feel like that's the way omnivores expect us to reply.

Definitely vegetarianism/veganism isn't for everyone. Geography (away from "civilization" or extremely cold weather most of the year), some diseases, different view on ethics stop people from going veggie.

But, I do think people who eat meat should keep an eye where they are buying from...

  • @MalolaAnime haha its ok. Yes i mostley eat chicken and fish i have never been into pork or beef but i make sure that the meat that i do eat comes from free ranged and all natural free of anything other then chicken or fish. I hate when people turn on vegans. You wouldnt hate someone for religion or race, why diet choice. Some people eat way too much meat and dont get exercise and dont eat healthy meat. How can you be healthy when the animal who gave its life for you is unhealthy?

  • @lovebigboobs29 You should stop eating at fast foods because they are not healthy.Home cooked meat is great :D
