It isnt a Reefer, the ghost missing is the boat from the mission "Gone Fishing" if you dont damage the boat the boat much the guy wil drive onto the shore, get off and kill him and then get the boat back in the water, then the Ghost Missing is yours, its the only time you can get it.

The taxi glitch and the ghost car one are easy to do. I also like the fact that the video is shot in the PS2 since that's the version I have. The end glitch is easy to do inside the house.
