No it isn't. Damage or abnormalities to the physical brain can have just as much effect on an individual personality as psychological trauma can, sometimes even more so. It has been proven that certain parts of the brain operate differently in people with violent tendencies than in nonviolent people.

That's not true at all.

Recently there was a story about a woman who was in an accident and damaged her frontal lobe. Her personality changed drastically. She became more aggressive and promiscuous. She could not account for the sudden change other than the damage to the lobe.

It's absurd to focus on psychology alone and ignore any other possible cause. Psychology cannot explain everything. It's failed to explain a killer's reasonings since it's inception.
